Summary: Fantastic work!
Review: Watch this right after Gandhi and you'll have one of the most mind-altering double features you can get. Pacifism followed by utter mind [altering] chaos!
Incredible film making. I saw it on commercial TV awhile ago and with the language and carnage cut out, fit into 2 hours with the ads!
Not for those offended by language, guns, drugs and [physcial activity].
You will enjoy it, I assure you.

Summary: Probably the ONLY person that hates it
Review: What is so good about this movie??? Many people liked it because of Tony Montana's persistance of getting to the top, one way or another. There are other movies that I like that was based on tnis movie like "New Jack City" or "Paid in Full". All in all, I'm not saying it sucks, in my opinion, I just don't like it. If your a fan, go ahead & get it

Summary: Say goodnight to the bad guy...
Review: I'm going to be honest. I hadn't taken the liberty of watching Scarface until earlier this year. I had heard about the movie frequently and seen many good reviews on it, but I never took the time to actually watch it. After I saw it, I knew why it has become such a classic. Scarface is unlike any other movie ever made. Director Brian De Palma sets the stage for a bloody, gruesome, yet indulgent movie that has yet to be matched by any other.

The murders in this movie are not made to look glamorous like The Godfather, yet they are blatantly brutal and reveal to the viewer that this is a new level of movie making. Al Pacino's performance was unforgettable. Not only did he master the dialouge and mannerisms of a Cuban refugee, but he performed his character with such charisma that many of his lines have been referenced in countless movies and hip-hop songs. Even videogames--such as Grand Theft Auto: Vice City--have obviously been influenced by this movie.

This movie was a landmark in the industry and one of the greatest films ever made. It is the epitome of entertainment.

Summary: Say Bye to the Bad guys
Review: Paul Muni's performance as Tony Camonte was one of the most powerful protrayals of a gangster ever seen on screen. Both versions of Scarface are masterpieces. The acting in both versions of Scarface are superb. After viewing both versions of Scarface you will not walk away disappointed. Tony Montana's performance compared to Sonny Carleone from the Godfather, made Sonny look like one of the Brady Bunch. Tony Montana is a true legend of his time. Both Tony Montana and Tony Camonte are true heroes to the bad guys.

Summary: "His Name Was Tony Montana, He Will Be Remembered: Scarface"
Review: This classic movie cronicles the intense life of refugee turned drug dealing king Tony "Scarface" Montana. Directed by Brian De Palma, this harsh, real film gives a look into the mind of Montana and his climb to the top of the world and the troubles he faces on his way up. Pachino does an awesome job potraying Montana in this modern adaptation of the Howard Hawks classic.

Summary: Finally...... The Original!!!!!
Review: A few years back I was laid up in the hospital with what turned out to be Cancer. While the doctors administered tests for several weeks I was met with different visitors ... long story short my older brother gave me this movie on video and much to my mothers dismay I was the happiest kid on that floor. Al Pacino's swears and screams echoed throughout the hospital floor in that thick Cuban accent. I don't know whether it helped my struggle with cancer but I do know that it is a damn fine film!
I have waited several years for this disc to come out on DVD having missed the short lived original DVD and ladies and gentleman that day has come.
From one Scarface fan to another (or soon to be another fan)
