Review: I really enjoyed this movie before getting into surfing. The beach locales were exquisite. Poignant movie about three surfers. Shane Dorian, as well as the other surfers, is hot! I recommend it for non surfers too.

Review: This unusual film enlightens the secret corners of Man`s spirit. It makes you think who you are and who you really wanna be. I think that deep down in his soul every man has the need to do this crazy stuff but there are very few who dare to admit it. And if you don`t get it...well, you just don`t get it.

Review: I have a collection of surf videos that collect dust, but this movie plays at least once a day everyday (unless I'm surfing, then I fall asleep to it.) I can identify with Patrick Shane Dorian's role as the soul surfer ~ if you're buying this as an entertainment video for non surfers, don't, but if you want something you can connect with, relate to, dream about, this movie is perfect. And guys if your girl doesn't like surf (dump her...he he) she'll still love this one...Shane Dorian...need I say more:) ~perpetually stoked~

Review: I bought the movie and thought it was a great, its protrays a great friendship that grows between sufers! Whether they are actors or not they did an awesome job!! I love the music through the whole movie and the way it ends!! Great job guys!

Summary: Warning: Do not waste your time with this stupid movie!
Review: I am not kidding I found this movie the most silly piece of wasted footage I have ever watched. The whole time I kept thinking to myself, "How could you actually MAKE a movie this bad?". To think of all the starving independent film makers. This movie pieces together about 200 different scenes, from surfers getting chased by tribe leaders, to stupid chases in bali, it makes NO sense. Do not bother. The total surfing time shown is only about 10 minutes and it does show some MACKING waves, but you could buy a video on Mavericks and you'd have a better time. This movie was put together by a madman i assume. Matt George does a good job acting, but Shane Dorian is horrible (sorry shane, you're a great surfer). Way worse than Point Break and North Shore. Way, way worse.

Review: A great film with beautiful locations and a great sound track. The level of surfing was high and the acting was pretty good considering these guys aren't actors. The DVD was okay yet I feel there could have been more options on the disc. All in all this was a great film and I would highly recommend it. Believe me you won't be disappointed.

Summary: Stimulates the senses
Review: The imagery in this movie is spectacular and with the added benefit of digital sound, you are taken to those remote spots and surfing with the characters. I'm amazed at the professionalism displayed in regards to acting. This is not another "North Shore". None of the main characters are actors, they are surfers and it shows. No stunt doubles or special effects (ie. fake waves or blue screen crap). Get this DVD and enjoy.

Review: Perhaps one of the most visually pleasing movies that I have seen in a long time. Exotic locations combined with beautiful cinematography make for a very enjoyable experience. Similar to "The Thin Red Line" in this regard.

Review: Don't buy it, rent it. The plot sucks but the footage is very good. Matty Liu's whiny voice convinced me to stop using Qtips. Mike Stewart looked hilarious bouncing around on his sponge at Jaws. All other attempts at comedy in this movie were bombs.
