Summary: BRUCE LEE LIVES!!!!
Review: EXCELLENT bio about the martial arts legend. Based on Linda Lee's book "BRUCE LEE: THE MAN ONLY I KNEW". Movie does GREAT JOB depicting Lee's life from humble begining to superstardom to death. One interesting highlight of this STUPENDID film is the cameo appearance of Van Williams, who co-starred with the REAL Bruce Lee in the 1960's TV series "THE GREEN HORNET". Williams is the director of the tv episode in the segment of the film where Lee gets the role of "KATO" for "THE GREEN HORNET". Robert Wagner in fine performance as Lee's friend. 5 STARS once again.

Summary: It could have been better
Review: I think that this is a good movie, but it focused too much on Bruce and Linda Lee's relationship. It would have been a lot better if they had put more emphasis on Bruce Lee, then again though, it isnt really a biography! If thats what you are looking for, I would encourage looking for something else.

Summary: Wonderful Movie!!!
Review: I have to say that Jason Scott Lee did a commendable job bringing Bruce to life. I really learned that he was a compassionate man, and that he had to put up with a lot of racial tensons and hard treatment. It was not only based on Linda's book, it was also based on another book about Bruce Lee...The director told the story from both points of view. I cried after the movie was finished... I used to be scared of him because he played a killer on the screen, but no more... I hope that New people that are a little scared of him, see this film... You will see a great man that died all too soon. This film will put your fears to rest.

Summary: Excellent!
Review: Bruce Lee's story is inspirational to say the least. Anyone who watches this and breathes his story into their soul will walk away less ignorant. His story has given me inspiration to "walk on" and "flow like water".

Summary: A very good movie to say the least
Review: The movie is surprising good compared to traditional Bruce Lee movies. It is also quite accurate but the movie lacked true fighting sequences (too much choreography). Jason Scott Lee is excellent in this movie- hell, you will be mesmerized by how closely he resembles the immortal one (especially his physique). Lauren Holly was also good in this movie since it offers a distinct persepective from Linda Lee. Overall this movie is must-see for any action fan!

Summary: An excellent telling of the Martial Arts Master Bruce Lee.

Summary: Great film, fitting for the legend
Review: "Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story" is Hollywood's grand obituary to a man who tragically died before making what was supposed to be his heroic return to Hollywood but whose impact on Hollywood has been undeniable in the past 25 years. Factually and chronogically, this film is not entirely accurate, and any serious fan of Bruce Lee will know that at the outset. Nevertheless, it does a superb job at capturing Bruce Lee's indomitable courage and spirit and combining first-rate martials arts action with a real-life love story--an uncommon feat that instantly renders this film appealing to both men and women. Even if you know nothing about Bruce Lee or the martial arts, you will be touched by this film about the legend who became the first international Asian film star and forever changed both the film and martial arts worlds. Bruce Lee certainly deserves a big Hollywood biopic like this, even if it is long overdue and not completely accurate.

Summary: A GREAT MOVIE!
Review: I didn't know much about Bruce Lee until I saw this movie. It helped me learn more about Bruce lee.

Summary: Surprisingly Fun
Review: Despite more than a little creative license, this film is still an surprisingly enjoyable account of Bruce Lee. Even friends of mine who cringed when I showed this film to them admitted that they really enjoyed it.

If you like Jason Scott Lee in this film, check out Map of the Human Heart--he's superb--as is the film.

Summary: Worst MOVIE...
Review: The Bruce Lee Story, is the Worst Movie they can make about him. They should have called it the LINDA LEE STORY, because that is what the film really was about the reason why she Linda Lee like the film so much and given it's approval for the making and the release of the film not because it showed a good likeness of the man but because cause the movie itself was really based on her life with Bruce Lee. she her character actually was played out extremely well in the film. I would never buy this video it's a total rip-off and a WASTE OF TIME some other producers and director I think can and should make a better Bruce Lee documentary other than this piece of crap. Let's just call this the LINDA LEE STORY. Cause that is what the film really is about Linda Lee, the woman in Bruce's life. But using Bruce Lee's name to make the money and they all know it too. SHAME on them. I truly believe most Bruce Lee fans were and are still very much disappointed with this bull hyped up film. People... don't even think about it, Don't throw your money away. If the title were The THE LINDA LEE STORY? Yes good perhaps the film would be worth watching but don't waste your time thinking BRUCE LEE. Total JOKE of a movie.
