Summary: Awesome taste of NYC gangs in the 70s
Review: Saw this with my best friend in grade school. Still top notch and very real....come out to play...hey...where's the DVD anyway?????

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Mediocre campy movie
Review: This is a pretty cheesy flick. Our heros , accused of a murder they didn't commit, face barriers on their treck back to Coney island, by rival gangs. Lots of chasing through the subway, and unmemorable rumbles with other gangs. The movie, however, has some historic relevence in the perceptions of gangs at a time when the Guardian Angels were up and comming. Has that New York flair, but for the most part the movie is not that entertaining. Have lots of munchies on hand to get yourself through this film if you truely want to view it all .

Summary: Getting home can be hell.
Review: One of my all time favorite movies. After a major gang leader is murdered, the Warriors must cross New York to get back to Coney Island. They don't know that they have been accused of the murder and the fight to get back is a war. Just a hint of romance makes an interesting side line. Campy fun, loaded with violence.

Summary: a great movie with fights and feeling.
Review: This movie is at the top of its genre. The stylized gangs are truly frightening, fascinating. As violent as it is compelling, it makes you want to buy a leather vest and a hockey stick. A fine film.

Summary: The Greatest gang movie Eva
Review: the best gang fights and most realistic synero of gang warfre from the 70'S

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Overated but enjoyable.
Review: A comic book action that tries to hard to be dramatic when it's just a fun movie at heart.

Walter Hill's "The Warriors" caused many gang riots when it first came out.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The true gangster movie
Review: "The Warriors" is the graetest gangster movie ever made. The only movie to show the real way a gangsters must live.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The Warriors are a gang trying to make it back to their turf
Review: The Warriors, led by Swan (Michael Beck,) are falsely accused of murdering the leader of the toughest gang in New York. Every gang in NY is out to get them and they must fight the odds and get across the city back home to Coney Island. There are plenty of fights and action thrown in with some romance, as Swan and Mercy, the girl from the wrong side of the tracks who's looking for some "real action" develop feelings for one another. The Warriors is a must see!
