Summary: It was OK.
Review: I liked it okay, and most of the things (Besoides the luv story) were true.Like a cook really was on the very end of the boat and familys were split apart, and even woman and children who were considered "Lower Class" died. THey did only have 1/2 as many life boats as they needed. It had some parts that could have been taken out, but all-in-all it was a good movie!

Summary: Excellent Movie that will be around for a while
Review: Definite Classic. In 60 years, our grandchildren are going to be watching this, not Gone With The Wind. This is a timeless piece of genuine art. I have never expirienced such a movie. A movie that at times made you laugh, and the next minute, had you crying your eyes out. In the 3 hours I sat in that theater, I never stoped to look at my watch, or go to the bathroom once. People asked me how it was, and I told them that they had to see it. I told them that it was going to be the best movie that they had ever known. And after they saw it, they fully agreed with me.

Summary: One Trick Pony
Review: Titanic though one of the highest grossing films ever has fallen off its pedistal fast. The film has never reached the top 10 of rental or home video purchase charts. It will also soon be knocked off its pedistal by the new Star Wars flick. Unless you're a teenage girl and thing Leo is oh so hot the movie is boring after 3 or 4 times.

Review: The effects are bad and the acting is worse. The storyline is a contribed bit of fiction set against the most overused topic of all time. Its predictable so much that you don't even need to see the last 1/2 hour. Which is good since its almost as long as Gone With the Wind (a good movie by the way). If you enjoyed at all in the theatre you'll get bord with it by the 3rd time.

Review: I've really love the movie. I've watched it 24 times already. Most people hates it because they hate Leonardo DiCaprio. Kate Winslet is fine. I've really like how Leo is acting. My most favorite part is part 1 tape. I didn't like part 2 that much because I get bad dreams. I've really love the music. Probably my most favorite movie music. You should run down to the store or rent one for tonight to get Titanic. Very awsome.

Review: Titanic is one of the best movies that I've ever seen. Leonardo Decaprio is a spectacular acter and portrays the role of Jack Dawson wonderfully. Kate Winslet is a spectacular actress as well. This movie is definatley one that you should wish to own. Buy it ASAP!!!

Summary: Wait For DVD Release
Review: This great movie was on of my all time favorites, but you won't find me buying it on VHS. Why? DVD was made for a movie like this. Who wants to get up in the middle of the movie and switch tapes?...Boooo! The cinematic photography and the awesome sound of this movie need the DVD format to be appreciated in the way they were meant to be. I can't wait until the DVD release in February. My only complaint...what took so damn long? And I'm still waiting for Paramount to release Braveheart on DVD. These movie studio seem to have no intellegent priority for DVD releases.

Summary: It wasn't that good. But not God-awful
Review: When people review this movie they usually either LOVE IT or HATE IT. What happened to the middle ground? I think why a lot of people hate it is because of the hype. The heard it was the best movie ever but were treated instead to an alright movie. If the hype was gone, the haters might have enjoyed it more. Think about it: You rent or see a movie because YOU think it looks pretty good. You see it and it stinks. O.K. You leave thinking it stunk but you don't HATE it. But if you went to see a movie because everyone was singing it's praise and you didn't like it, you feel like you've been robbed by the movie and the people who added to the hype. Most of the people who loved it were girls I believe. They went to see Leo. If Cameron did what GEORGE LUCAS did for STAR WARS (cast new faces) one would wonder if the film would've done as well. I personally think THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK and RETURN OF THE JEDI were much better films. The bottom line is: If you LIKED it, like it for what it is, NOT because of Leo or because it made you cry. If you HATED it, hate it for what it is and quit making excuses for hating it just because it wasn't worth the hype. The movie was by no means the best movie out there, but it really wasn't some God-foresaken Satan-spawn.
