Summary: Easiliy the most over-rated movie of all time...
Review: Cameron had the material of his life in his hands.. Look at the classic by Negulesco. Instead, he chose to make a movie about two sinking teenagers... Let them sink... Don't get me wrong, I don't think this is a bad movie, it is only SOOOOO pedestrian.... It has no screenplay to talk about, an absolutely average direction, the acting is dull (but they didn't have anything to act)... It has 35 seconds of sheer brilliance (sounds little to a 180 minutes plus movie, and indeed is): the seconds that follow the decision of the musicians to keep playing... But it did not belong to the storyline, that's why it was so short.. And yes, that music kills me...

Review: i cant believe that this movie was even allowed to play in the theatres it sucked so bad cause it was so damn corny i saw it 6 times and each time it put me to sleep this is the most awful movie iv ever seen my entire life!!!

Review: After seeing this movie in the theater I was called every name in the book by my sister, well because she believe I was heartless because well SORRY girls I did not shed one tear! HELLO, we all knew what was going to happen. SURPRISE! The boat sinks and a bunch of people die. Yeah sure that scene with the mother reading to her kids good night boohoo what did you want to see the kids and the mother fighting for their life, she showed to be the most intelligent lady there. I don't mean to sound heartless but to get my emotions going I need alot more then DiCaprio's cardboard acting and boyish good looks(agh!)and to keep me interested in a movie. The only thing to cry about is that I actually paid to see the movie. The one star is for Kathy Bate's humorist protrayal of 'the unsinkable Molly Brown and Kate Winslets strong move into American film. As for the Academy Awards is concern any of the other four nominated movies were light years better(most notably The Full Monty), and Mr. DiCapio well what ever made you believe that you should of been nominated. It was proberly young girls thinking with their hormones and not their hearts. This movie was nothing to get excited about. If you don't believe me then watch the Posiden Adventure and decide for youself. Also I am not 100% anti-DiCaprio he did turn in a some what good performance in A Man in An Iron Mask. If you think Kate Winslett did a good job of the tragic victim of love then you should watch Sense and Sensibility and Hamlet both of these movies were much better and her performances in both were also much better then Titanic. Don't get me wrong I have nothing against a good cry I just didn't find it here.

Review: This is a heart warming romance about 1500 people that die slowly and painfully in freezing water. It is worth seeing though for the ending: DiCaprio dies!

Summary: A true victory in film-making
Review: The movie was captivating from beginning to end. From the moment the ship sails until the moment Jack falls below the waves, the film was epic. The only beef I have is with the Academy, the fact that Titanic was nominated 14 academy awards, and won 11, Leonardo DiCaprio wasn't even NOMINATED for the Best Actor award is an atrocity, of such epic proportions, that the Academy of Motion Pictures should seriously consider writing a formal, and public letter of apology to him for such an oversight.

Review: Great costumes, great acting and great special effects. I liked the fact that they cast lesser known actors and actresses. I think this added a sort of "freshness" to it. Definitely one of the best movies of all time-I've seen it 10 times and could see it 10x more! Kate Winslet and Billy Zane rule!

Review: This movie was brilliantly acted and directed. It should still be out in the movie theatres. I know that everyone is sick of the lead song "My Heart Will Go On" but when you hear it it like brings back all of these great feelings of when you first saw the movie. Anyone who thought that there was one problem in writing, directing or acting needs watch the movie again with there eyes and ears open. Despite anything anyone says about Kate Winslet in this movie, the movie would not have worked without her. Titanic was the best movie I've ever seen and still is!
