Review: This movie encompassed all the elements you would like to see in a good film: a brother who is willing to risk life and limb to rip off the bad guys, just so he can pay for his wayward little brother's transplant, a trickle of romance, and heart pounding action right until the very last minute of the film! It's a must see! James Russo was incredible!
