Summary: Its a change
Review: Pass this by, folks. Unless, like some of my friends, you need to pull a joke on someone. It is simplistic, yawning, and cartoony. LL barely appears in both films. And just when you think something interesting may happen, it's the end. When are they going to offer XENA: WARRIOR PRINCESS videos?

Summary: Peach: Tantalizing Bitter Song: Reason for being-LL
Review: The object of the Woman's (Lucy Lawless) conquest got a nice lesson in non-attachment and the promise it can bring. The film was short, yes, but gave the viewer a chance to imagine what followed. The girl also was taught that she has some worth- "you make things happen". Bitter Song's reason for being, to me, is that it is Lucy's very first film appearance. The blurb on the box is quite misleading, however. One kept expecting to see the nurse do more than routine hospital chores;there was really no special contact with the child. A historic document of a terrific actress.

Summary: A Must Have, Don't Listen to the Other Reviewers
Review: This is a must have video for ANY Lucy Lawless fan. Actually contains 3 movies. The first is Peach a wonderful short film were she plays a tow truck driver who very sexily helps a girl realize she's worth something, awesome work and Lucy's big smile all over the place. The second is a strange little piece about a sick girl who's father ignores her, Lucy plays the childs nurse in the hospital. Lucy's appearance in this short film was her first, That's Why It's Important To Have! But don't close your eyes it's only a couple of short scenes. The last is an interview/documentary piece on lesbian filmmakers. A highly recommended trio tape to own!!!

Summary: GOOD TO RENT - LOUSY TO BUY
Review: Whatever you do, don't buy this new: either buy it used or rent it; it's basically a con job which uses her Xena success to peddle some long-forgotten early appearances. Oh, and there's no sex and no nudity, so don't even think about the so-called "lesbian" angle.
