Summary: Don't listen to the negative - this was EXCELENT
Review: What a surprisingly great movie. I loved it so much I could watch it again and again. Remember Jennifer acted before singing and although you often wonder if people can manage the two sucessfully, - she can. This was chilling and well acted on her behalf. Revenge is sweet and she gives back to her ex what she had to take. Get this movie. You'll love it. I would have given it six stars if I could have.

Summary: Awesome
Review: This is a great movie for both men and women. I would highly reccommend seeing it. Jennifer Lopez is great in it. She is truly one of the few singers that are also good at acting (vise versa)

Summary: Great Performance fron Jennifer Lopez
Review: I went and saw this movie the day it came out and it was a wonderful movie. Jennifer Lopez gave a great performance as Slim, and Tessa Allen was really cute as her daughter Gracie. The story was kind of predictable, but it was suspenseful, and it keeps you on the edge of your seat with the music and all of the shadow images around the corners. I would definitely recommend seeing and buying this movie for anyone who either likes Jennifer or enjoys thrillers. Even though you can predict what's going to happen at the end, it's still worth seeing.

Summary: GO J-LO!
Review: This movie was very good. It showed one woman's fight for her life and that of her child's against her abusive husband. Jennifer Lopez was perfect for the part. I recommend this movie if you like action and suspense.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Pretty good movie with one exception
Review: This movie is definitely worth seeing. The only problem is that the ending works out just a little too perfectly. It is a shame that not all spouses (male and female) who are abused could have such a happy ending.

Summary: It's Aight.......
Review: Not much of a J-Lo fan, but the movie was not realistic, but was an ok movie. You can find a movie as this one any Sunday on Lifetime. If you still want 2 purchase the movie, my advice just wait til U can purchase it for $10 or less.

Summary: EXCELLENT
Review: I viewed this movie from a woman's eye, felt her pain
and craved her revenge. Jennifer Lopez plays an abused wife
with a young daughter. Her husband is a nut, no two ways about it and whatever he got, he deserved and more.
For once, the woman is not portrayed as a wimp who just rolls
over and takes her licks. For once, she battles for what is
hers, the right to respect, to live her life without fear and
control.
I do know that in real life most women would never have
the resources that "Slim" had in this movie to accomplish all that she did, but I pray all women in this situation will at
least grab hold of her determination to be free of abuse.
I thought this movie was great and would recommend it highly.

Summary: "Ridiculous, manipulative, and utterly irresistible"?
Review: That's from the editorial review here. I mean, I dunno: I find it pretty easy to resist the ridiculous and manipulative; hence Michael Apted's *Enough* didn't do it for me. The review goes on to say that the movie is beneath Apted's talents, but the reviewer still endorses the movie as a good time. Well, I'm not trying to sell you the damn DVD, so I can be honest with you. It's obviously DISGRACEFUL that Apted, the guy who directed the masterpiece *Coal Miner's Daughter*, for Pete's sake, has descended (condescended?) to these depths. Shame on him, and shame on the writers who could do no better than to pilfer from any number of *Lifetime Channel* movies for their abused-wife plot. In any case, those *Lifetime* movies are preferable not only because they lack the pretension (meaning, huge budget) of *Enough*, but they also don't have the buffed and polished presence of Jenny-From-The-Block. Formerly known as J-Lo. More formerly known as Jennifer Lopez. It has been quite some time (perhaps dating back to the salad days of the Old Studio System) since an actress has demanded so much flattery as Jenny-From-The-Block receives: I mean, it's not enough that she gets revenge on the abusive husband, but she must also literally beat him at his own game, e.g., by beating the stuffing out of him! Well, never let it be said that Jenny-From-The-Block's EGO would ever take a back seat to an important societal ill like domestic violence. Nah. Just turn it into a you-go-girl revenge fantasy and rake in the bucks. Responsibility, to say nothing of believability, be damned.

Summary: Where are the (important) deleted scenes?!
Review: The good: The little girl who portrays Gracie is one of the better actors in the whole movie and there's a point in the movie where you really think "WOW, what a gutsy little girl!" Appearances by J. Lewis. I guess if you're a J.Lo fan the music video at the end might appeal to you as an extra.

The bad: Overacting by Campbell. The far out plot. The dialogue. There were plenty of things that had me wondering what in the heck happened. There was too much left hanging, like what happened to Joe? What did the cop REALLY mean at the end? What happened to her relationship with her estranged father? NO DELETED SCENES available.

If you want to watch a movie with J.Lo watch instead The Wedding Planner or The Cell.

Summary: The title says it all....
Review: First off, let me tell you that Jennifer Lopez is a terrible actress, overrated, and not attractive in the LEAST.But this review isnt about Jennifer, well some of it,but most of it is about the terrible movie apropreately titled Enough. The movie starts off with an "artistic" begining where all the main characters are pointed out to you in obnoxiously big letters that look they were written by an angry 3rd grader. It starts off in a resturant where the main character (at this point I could care less what her name is) is serving some people and making gossip with her friends behind the counter while one of the most irratating songs EVER is played in the background. The move goes along a very scripted and predictible route where she becomes involved in a "violent" relationship.Ok, the "angry husband vers wife" is laughable, she dosen't even ATTEMPT to make some sort of protest about his behaveior. His actions aren't much better, can you say OVERACTING?If they wanted this scene to be believeable they should have made his cause a little more believeable.I'm not even going to go into the dialogue because its so pointless and I dont even remember half of it.Oh well adleast they cut to the "point"(if you could call it that) quickly. She gets a haircut that makes her look even worse, goes to a trainer etc.Now if this movie were made with a different title, a different director, and WITHOUT Jennifer Lopez I wouldent hate it so much.In the final "fight" if you could call it that the character played by the now butch looking Jennifer Lopez just aquires all this strength,"witty" combacks and hunting tactics that, in reality, would be impossible for her to achieve. And the end is predictible etc.My advice?Watch something else.
