Review: I watched this movie for the first time last night, all I can say is WOW! I felt I had to write so people didn't think everyone from Massachusetts was as rediculous as one of the previous reviews. They definately missed the beauty of this film. Great movie!

Summary: Titanic? Please! This is a real love story.
Review: I've just finished reviewing Titanic and decided to check out what people said about a real romance. I was surprised that I'm the first one to have anything to say about it. I had always pictured Slater as a bad-boy especially considering his most recent run-ins with the law. In an interview he said that his role in this film was the one he missed the most. By watching this film one sees why. Slater gives a surprising and welcoming performance as a shy busboy secretly in love with an unlucky waitress. Tomei and Slater have wonderful chemistry on-screen and it is just beautiful to see the two of them fall in love. I realized why Tomei won an Oscar the previous year. There is nothing new in this film that will attract the average romantic. Rather, the way the story is exected is what draws an audience in. Now if only a certain boat movie had followed this example before creating an expensive mess...

I think YOU should take you time and get it as soon as posible!!! Cause if you haven't seen it, you are still missing the best movie in this 100 of years!!!

Summary: HEARTS ON FIRE
Review: It is rare to come across a movie such as Untamed Heart. Firstly, it's a Hollywood movie with a Hollywood cast. Secondly, it's a love story. Put the two together and you are bound to come up with something so sugary and sickening you'll want to throw up. How then did this movie get to be so good? The story is strong, structured and will stay in the mind (I first saw it around 1995 and have now, 2002, got the DVD) the acting is first class, with Tomei an absolute gem as always. The biggest surprise of this movie was the ending. If this had been typical Hollywood fodder, then you could have seen the sunset, smiles and happy-ending a mile off, but this movie remains defiant until the last, delivering one surprise after another, before you have to admit that you really don't know what's coming next in a movie as unpredicatable as life itself. Touching, memorable and above all important, this is more than worth viewing, it is essential viewing and guaranteed to warm the coldest of hearts.

Review: It was absolutely unbelievable to see Christian Slater in a role that he didn't try to be funny, moody or an action hero! This was, and is, his best acted role to date! Tears galore, even for me ... and I'm a guy!

Review: No wonder it's called Untamed Heart... As usual I see movies alone. Cause I don't see movies for entertainment, I study a lot from them. When I told my friends that this was a great movie. They looked at me and said if I was a girl (?) I guess they did not know what my mind is all about. If this is one love story that is simple, it does go beyond that. It is stong and powerful, VERY! To me the movie ends with a positive subject. Love is forever, the impact that one could have with positive love can get you through life in hard times to come. Nothing can come between it! That is how you can pass on love - to be true, which is truly strong...
