Review: Edward Scissorhands is a fantastic film, and in a way that's very rare: it manages to be so many different things at once that it's really impossible to classify it. Part fantasy, part fable, part drama, and part satire, it's a spectacularly done movie. A very imaginative story; it's also very funny in many parts. Also simply beautiful to look at - the use of style, color, and direction is astounding.

Review: I think this is a good movie that i had ever seen. If you havent seen it you got to see it. I like the part when Eward got stuck in the house when the alarm was going off and when he was cutting the hair.

Review: I can remember the first time I saw this film. It was recommended to me by my mother (who is a fair critic herself!) and I had no idea what it was about. Well, I had to have a box of Kleenex with me for the ending as I was crying that much. Not that I am a super sensitive guy or anything like that, but the ending was so moving for me. I think all of us at times have felt like Edward, confused and frightened by a society that we once thought had accepted us for what we are. All I can say is, if you haven't seen this film, rent or buy it now! Johnny Depp in my opinion is one of this country's best actors, and Tim Burton is a true genius and innovator. Depp portrays Edward as nothing so much as a bewildered child. Watch his reaction when Peg first tries to touch his face. The score by Danny Elfman will touch your soul, I promise. I still get a little misty when I hear the music. Well, anyway, this is one of the most wonderful films made, a truly timeless classic that I hope will be around for a long time.

Review: Tim Burton's "Edward Scissorhands" is one of the most bittersweet films I've ever seen. It's a masterwork of epic proportions that can make you cry, laugh, and want to see it again. Heck, the SOUNDTRACK can make you do that. Tim Burton is a genius. I can say that with no hesitation. "Edward" is a beautiful, moving story. When I have children, they will watch this movie. It's a little hard to swallow at scenes, but that adds to the overall beauty of the film and it shows that not every fairy tale has a 100% happy ending and shows the cold, harsh reality that doesn't always leave everyone happy. A beautiful, touching, OUTSTANDING masterpiece.

Review: To tell you the truth, I have only seen about half of it. But it was so wonderful, so awesome that I just had to write about it. I plan to see the rest this weekend. At first, I thought it was going to be a horror movie, but then I realized that is was really a sci-fi, romantic fantasy. If you haven't seen this, please do.
