Review: The script and acting are brilliant. I'm not a big movie watcher but have seen this one at least 20 times.If you have a heart, you will cry. I've watched it after breaking up in a relationship to help flow out the saddness. Debra Winger is my fav and Shirley MacLaine brings any film to a great level. You won't be sorry watching this one.

Review: I have never understood what people see in this movie. It is about as uplifting as a concrete block. Winger has a miserable life, a miserable relationship with her mother, an affair, and a quick bit of death-bed happiness before dying. Wow, what an incredible waste of time.

Review: It's very unusual for me to write a review about a movie, but I can't help myself with this movie! If you enjoy movies that have romance, comedy, drama, all rolled into one, then this one is for you. You can see with the overall rating that this movie has had an impact on many of it's viewers. I must admit that along side my chuckles of laughter, I shed a few sad tears for the character(s) portrayed within this movie. You can't help but to fall in love, and almost think you were there with the main characters. Grab yourself a bowl of popcorn, sit back get comfy, and don't forget the box of kleenex. Terms of Endearment touches you heart in a way you'll never forget.
