Summary: great movie
Review: This was one of the best movies I've ever seen. It teaches people that it is better to dwell on living than on dying. It was so moving that even my dad enjoyed the movie.

Summary: Spend Time With Morrie
Review: Tuesdays With Morrie is a heartwarming tear inducing film. I don't normally watch made for TV films, but this one is a special exception. Hank Azaria plays Mitch Albom, a sportswriter who learns his favorite college professor, Morrie, played by the late Jack Lemmon, is dying. Mitch feels awful because he said he would keep in touch with Morrie after college, but never did. Mitch decides to keep his promise and to finally go see his dying teacher. Morrie recommends that the two start to see each other every tuesday. Mitch records their visits to get Morrie's view of things on tape. This is a very good movie. What makes this movie is that it's real. This is true. The two stars give incredible performances. It is sad and heartbreaking that Mr. Lemmon is no longer with us. legends with grace, class, and style, are a dime a dozen these days. He gives one of his best performances here ever. Hank Azaria is very good too. The end scene with the two was priceless. You need to see this. If you like these movies, then Morrie is for you. Very good.

Summary: Great End To A Great Career
Review: Usually when stars reach 70, they have to be resigned to the fact that the only time they will see themselves act will be watching their faded movies on the late show. That was not the case with the late Jack Lemmon. He worked pratically up to the end, and his last major work "Tuesdays With Morrie" was a crowning gem to his career.

Mr.Lemmon gave a bit of himself in every movie, and he played the part of high school coach Morrie as no one else could. Lemmon is so believable as the dying Morrie that the film seems more like a home movie than a motion picture. Lemmon as Morrie was funny and touching, but also sad and vulnerable. That's what makes this movie so good.

Apart from Lemmon, Hank Azaria really impressed me with his acting ability in this movie. I used to think of him as just a voice on "The Simpsons" or almost lizard food in "Godzilla", but he will go on to become a great actor. I can not really find anything wrong with "Tuesdays With Morrie", and I recommend it to anyone who likes great acting and a great story. You can keep Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, the late Jack Lemmon was truly a gifted actor to me...

Summary: The Best Farewell
Review: Wasn't this Jack Lemmon's last film before his death?? Anyway, I found it deeply stirring and enjoyable to watch. The first time I saw it I vowed that anyone whose life I care about should have this... I truly loved it. If this was Jack's last, what a gift to be able to make this movie while making his own transition... Wow!
