Summary: Heart warming story of a big man
Review: I was wandering in blockbuster and ran across this video. I remotely remembered there are some previews about this title in other videos and thought this is one of the films try to crack some "cheap tears" from the viewer. However, 5 minutes into the movie I knew I was completely wrong. The story is extraordinary and the film is very well made. The photograhy as well as screenplay are excellent. The castings are right where they are supposted to be. I ended up watching this video three time in two days. I don't know much about the making of this movie but everyone in it deserve some awards. One of the best films in recent years.

Review: The first time I saw this movie i was stayin at a friends house. I thought it was gonna be another one of those boring movies with no point to it. So i was not happy about watchin it. But soon enough,i was both laughin and cryin all at the same time. Simon Birch was small in size, but had a huge heart. He believed that God had a plan for him, n his goal was to find out what it was. After watchin this movie, i actually believe that God has a plan for all of us, and findin out wat it is, is one of the many challenges we will come across in life. This is definatly a must see movie. Although, there was one little thing that I thought was kinda stupid. How Simon's best friends mother dies. Watch the movie and maybe you'll agree with me.

Summary: The biggest surprise.
Review: Rented "Simon Birch" last night because I couldn't find anything else that looked good. I didn't expect to like it, but wanted to kill some time. I was so wrong, watched the movie with my 13 year old son, and we giggled and cried together throughout. As a rule "family films" are children's films that parents are forced to suffer through, but this is a blessing, a movie both of enjoyed, loved. Interesting side note, I am an athiest. One reason I wasn't interested in watching the movie is because I had heard that it was quite spiritual. Amazingly, it is, but not in a preachy way.

Review: This movie was very good.I went on a field trip this year in May and we watched the movie on the bus.We watched it around 7:30 in the morning and that movie just woke all of us up because it was so funny and you just couldn't fall asleep during this movie.I think it is just a good movie to rent and watch it with alot of friends.But the bad part is the beining of the movie basicly gives away the whole movie but i wont say anything else bad because everything was good.

Review: I first saw this movie alone in a theater, and I told everyone how great it was. I was so happy to be able to share it with my family. The story is magical, and the characters are interesting. This movie made me laugh and cry. I couldn't recommend it more...5 stars Simon Birch, 5 stars!!!!!!

Summary: Very touching and moving
Review: This movie was just incredible. I stayed over at one of my friends house and we did something that we haven't done in a long time. Had a big sleep over. We are all about 15 or 16 years old and all of us were crammed in my friends bedroom watching movies. First were the regular horror like psyco and then we watched the Faculty. Most of us were pretty relentless of watching this one cause we heard it was a tear breaker. Well we started it at around 2 in the morning and every had to stay up for the end. We all loved this movie. I wish that I could give it more stars. It's just a very touching movie that really gets to your soul. I'd recommend this movie for anyone!

Review: This movie reminded me a lot of Forrest Gump - another of my favorite all time movies. The moral undertones are superbly done. The drama was spiced with just the right amount of humor.

Summary: Great movie about acceptance of self and others!
Review: I work with incarcerated kids, many of whom have been rejected by one or more parents, and have joined gangs in an attempt to find love and acceptance. It taught our kids about finding the right kind of acceptance, and believing in their ability to impact others, as well as showing them that we all have worth - they are NOT worthless! We ended the movie with a GREAT discussion, and I loved the themes visited as well.

Review: Simon Birch was a fabulous movie! I laughed and cried throughout the movie. The CUTIE-PUTIE, Joseph Mazzello, gave a spectacular performance, as well as Ian Michael Smith as Simon. These two made a perfect two-some and hope to see them acting together again.
