THE ACTING IS INCREDIBLE - THE MUSIC MAKES YOUR HEART SOAR AND THE SUNSET BEACH SCENES ARE BREATHTAKING. I WATCH IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN JUST TO FEEL AT HOME AGAIN WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS WITH ALL THOSE WHO ARE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN MY HEROS AND THE WIND BENEATH MY WINGS. THANK YOU BETTE AND BARBARA FOR EVERYTHING.

Review: This CD disappoints big-time. Instead of a generous representation of Georges Delerue`s beautiful, sensitive background score, we get lots of boring vocal tracks by Midler !! The least the producers could have done is give us a few more tracks of the heart-wrenching music by Maestro Delerue.

Review: I saw this movie when it was first released, and still, yet ten years later, this movie is my all-time favorite. I know every word on the soundtrack by heart, and recently tried to obtain the script to perform as "C.C. Bloom" on stage. I hope my dream comes true, to be a part of something that has meant so much to me over the years. This CD is one of the best, two thumbs up to the "Divine Ms. M"!

Review: No doubt people will come here and curse this film. The truth is, that it is such a beautiful film showing a powerful relationship that is more realistic than this crap like Titanic. Bette Midler is Fantastic and deserved an Oscar. Some say she is overbearing - Helloo, that's what C.C Bloom is, hence the message of the song. Grab your tissues, this is one to watch over and over again.

Review: I first watched this movie when I was 8 years old and I still think this movie is the best movie yet. A heartbreaking movie of friendship that only comes once in a lifetime. Through everything bad or good they help each other pull through and never let each other down.It is a realistic story with none of the soppy endings that often are the cases with friendship themed movies.
