Review: This is one of my favorite films of 1998. After watching it, despite the fact that I hated the remake of Psycho, I felt that Universal was wrong for firing Casey Silver. Instead they should have turned their attention to the advertising department. I watched the trailer after the film and saw how incorrectly the trailer depicted the movie. As for the film's length, I will agree that there were some aspects that felt unnecessary, but for the most part, the three hours went by quickly.

Review: This three-hour movie was inspiring to me. I had never seen a movie of Forlani but after watching this movie, she is my favorite actress of all!!! She is so beautiful and romantic!!! A good mix with Brad Pitt. I surely cannot believe this movie was a death in box-office. I regret people couldn't see the deepness and specialty of this movie.

Review: I saw the movie last night and I loved it! It is definetly worth the time to watch it. I found the characters to be likable, with one exception: Drew. He's the worst kind. I even found death likable. The character I love the most is the man Susan met at the coffee shop. A beautiful love story. See it! you'll enjoy it.

WHY IS IT NOT ALLOWED FOR KIDS UNDER 15 BECAUSE THE MOVIE IS ABOUT DEATH AND BECAUSE OF THAT HOW IT MAY INFLUENCE THE KIDS THEY KEPT IT FOR TEENAGERS ABOVE 15. I AM 16 AND WENT AND WAS SO GLAD TO WATCH IT. THE ACTING OF BRAD PITT IN THE MOVIE WAS TO GOOD EVEN ANTHONY HOPKINS. AN EXCELLENT MOVIE WOULDN'T MIND WATCHING IT AGAIN. SO YOU GUY'S OUT THERE WHO HAVEN'T WATCHED IT, THEN WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR GO AHEAD WATCH AND ADMIRE IT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT. BUT DO WATCH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Summary: SO wonderful... But City of Angels was superior
Review: Meet Joe Black's advertisemnets were the first thing that struck me. Seeing Brad Pitt play a tortured otherworldy creature to the tune of Black Balloon by the Goo Goo Dolls just wrenched me. Brad Pitt was amazing, and Anthony Hopkins was superb as the business man with time running out. Although great, it just didnt strike the chord that City of Angels did, and I was a little peeved that Black Balloon didn't make it on the soundtrack (It could have been an Iris-type hit) All in all, this movie was amazing. See it and enjoy.

Review: This movie beniefits from Brad Pitt's looks and charm. Overall it is a collage of beautiful people and characters. Anthony Hopkins provides the inner beauty that even rubs off on Brad Pitt as the movie progresses. This movie provokes a powerfull emotional response and we are drawn into identifying with the characters.

Review: This is movie is way under-rated and it is sad how much the critics bashed it. It could have been another 3 hours. What a beautiful story and so absolutely romantic. Too many movies are so disgusting, but this movie is gorgeous. The acting was superb and the music was beautiful.

Review: I absolutely loved this movie. The underlying themes of love and family really touched my heart and made me feel the plight of every character. The romance between Joe and Susan was one of the most endearing I have seen in a long time.

Review: The very first time I ever saw a preview on the television of Meet Joe Black, I knew it was my favorite movie. I saw the movie the day it came out at theaters. Brad Pitt, Claire Forlani, Anthony Hopkins, and the rest of the cast were just amazing. I loved the scene when Joe (Brad) and Susan (Claire) first kissed. It was so romantic. And I loved the ending! I think all of the critics and the people who didn't like this movie are stupid. I would definetly recommend this movie to anyone. It is full of so much emotion. Martin Brest did an amazing job. I wish something like that would hapen to me! And it is not too long!!
