Summary: Own opinion and courage
Review: This film is about the tragedy in the school and the teacher who is frexible in his thinking. The character that I was most interested in is Todd because he changed the most. In the final scene, he was the most brave boy!! The scene that I was most interested in is the scene that Todd and Niel threw Todd's desk set which was given by his parents. I think the main message in the film is "Seize the Day". When Niel was dead, I was very irritated. In my opinion, he didn't need to die. He had to tell to his father what he think. Perhaps this film showed us Mr. Keeting's sorrow.

I enjoyed the film. I think this film is lively story. Acting was very good, especially Mr. Keeting and Niel. The script was interesting. I will recommend this film to friends especially a person who can't speak his own opinion. I learned from this movie the importance to show own opinion. In this movie, characters didn't tell it so much. But they sometimes tried to appeal to their feeling or opinions. It is very important. And I want to know many person's idea. Probably, most of people think like me. I was thought many things by this film. I feel anxious about Mr. Keeting. I want him to carry through his teaching and continue to affect on his students.

Summary: This film has a common story.
Review: This film is mindly enjoyable. In this film, Mr.Keeting said to his students this phrase; "carpe diem". This is a Latin phrase which means "seize the day". I interpreted this word that do your best for your dream each day. The students were influenced by the phrase and began to act. But their act was oppressed by various things, for example, their scool and parents. Some of them got better, but finally, one of them commited suiside ... This film shows the sternness of reality simultaneously with the importance of doing one's best. But after all, the story is not uncommon.

Summary: Please show this film!!
Review: The title of this film is "Dead Poets Society". This is story of prepaatory school in East Coast of the U.S.A. This school is very strict and there are 4 traditions. That is "Honour, Dedication, Discipline and Excellence". Main characters are an English teacher, Mr.Keating and the students in his class. All students have each personality and they found their own way through Mr.Keating's class. It is Neil that I was most interested in. Neil has a dream which he want to become an actor, but his father opposite his dream. Neil could not against his ather's opinion so in front of his father, he obeyed his father but he could not give up his dream at any cost. I think this is owe to Mr.Keating. Mr.Keating said "Carpe Diem", it means "Seize The Day" in English so I particulary liked Neil in point of he accomplish his dream. So I think Neil tried to go on playing. Perhaps this film showed us you should find your own way. Especially I like last scene. I was encouraged by this film so I recommend you this film. Please watch this film.

Summary: Incredible
Review: I think this is my favorite movie of all time. Funny, sad, moving, I run through the full spectrum of emotions every time I watch it, which is more times than I can count.

A group of boys who attend a boarding school get a new English teacher, John Keating (Robin Williams), who proceeds to teach them like no one has ever taught them before. The film takes you through their bonding as they form the secret Dead Poets Society, and how they learn about love, life, and death.

I still get goosebumps every time I watch the final scene. An incredible movie.

Summary: An ideal teacher "Mr. Keating"
Review: This is the story about an exchange between a certain teacher and students. I particularly like the teacher named John Keating. He is an English teacher who has fresh ideas how to live fully. His most attractive phrase is eCarpe Diemf which means eSeize the dayf. His way of teaching is different from others. Almost all of the students,@except@for Mr.Keating ,just teach with textbooks, observing a custom. The students are only to obey their schoolfs curriculum. Besides they must do much homework. On the other hand,@Mr.Keating es class is an attractive one. They cannot sit down only to read an anthology with the comments of distinguished critic. They have to think for themselves and express their feelings fully, in their poem, actively and brightly. These relationships are ideal ones, I think. @The other main characters are Neil ,@Todd and other students. Among them, I will show you about people who were influenced by Mr.Keating. First person is Neil. I think Niel is mostly a person, who is influenced by Mr.Keating. He is the foremost founder of Dead Poets Society. He is central figure in the class. But in front of his father, he cannot say his opinion. In my opinion, he should talk out with his father again and again even if his father doesnft accept his first attempt. In that case, his father might understand his passion. Second person is Todd. Todd is moderate and shy. He cannot tell people his obedient feeling to meet Mr.Keating. But he comes to be able to express his feelings little by little with Mr.Keatingfs help. @@@@For example, in Mr. Keatingfs class Todd forget his homework of writing a poem.@With Mr. Keatingfs support, he could announce his nice poem in front of classmates.@Indeed, Neil often confides his trouble to Todd. Todd might be Neilfs only support. @@@@Perhaps this film shows us that everyone can live fully and should seize the day,@Which situation you are in, you need think about one thing deeply by yourselves.@Moreover, itfs important that you express your feelings to the people close to you.@The relationship among Mr. Keating and students is an ideal one. So I recommend this film to you. Youfll be impressed by Mr. Keatingfs way of teaching, just like his students who regarded Mr. Keating as their real captain, day by day. Itfs not only the relationship among a teacher and students, but we can also replace it with society, school or parents and students or children. So I suggest that you watch this movie

Summary: If you search for human's quitessence,we recomand this film.
Review: Dead poets society tells us about 2 things. One is Free-thinking. The other is "SIZE THE DAY". This film mainly take place in a preparatory school on the east cast of American counytryside. The main charactors are Mr.Keating who is a free- thinking teacher and some of his students. Especially,Niel is a very important character of this film. We think this film is very good! An interesting scene is in at Mr. Keating's class,he tells students to rip out the text book. At first, they are confused about the way of his teaching. But,they change their way of thinking step by step. We think this scene is important. This is because from this experience students find out their way or dream and they know to sieze the day. The other interesting scene is when Charlie meet Chris at her boyfriend's house and he fall in LOVE with her. From this scene,he widen his vision of life. Most attractive in this film is Niel's dream. Niel want to be an actor. But his father is very strict,so he gives up his dream. However he confronts his deam thanks to Mr.keating. He gets a chance to play a main part. This play was successful. From this scene, we can feel that he has a strong will. After the play the tragedy happenes. We think that's scene is not good. Because we belive there is another solution. But,we think this film is very good and very heart-warming film. If you search for human's quitessence,we recomand this film.

Summary: Sieze The Day
Review: This film is very excellent. I was very impressed. I lide Mr. Keating very much. He isn't swayed by the textbook. He has own thinking. So he tells his students to rip out their textbooks. And here are many extra-curricular activities in his class. He wants his students to expand their thinking. He makes them stand on the desk. And he tells them to look around and see a different world. I want to be one of his students. Neil has his dream to be an actor. And he auditions for a play. He gets a part. His father wants him to devote himself to only study. So his father is against him. But he doesn't give up his ambition. I think Mr. Keating teaches him not to give up. If Neil doesn't meet Mr. Keating, he doesn't think to be an actor. He must obey his father. I think he should talk to his father more. He hs to tell his father what he wants to do and show any enthusiasm for the play.

The most interesting scene for me was when Mr. kKeating leaves the school; his students who respect him stand on their desk. They say to him "Oh captain my captain" In my opinion Mr. Keating and students respect each other.

I think it is seize the day that is the main theme of this film. The word left an impression on my mind. I learn it is important not to give up, have my dream, and have strong will from this film. Mr. Keating teaches us study is not always the best. I feel like living carefully each day.

Summary: Dead Poets Society was good.
Review: This movie made me so serious. After this film finished, mu mind was not clear, but not bad. I missed that Mr.keating, who is an out-of-ordinary teacher, has to leave without anything changed in the school.I think this too strikt school will not change from now on because good teachers like Mr. keating are allowed to resign by hte terrible headmaster. And also,I want many teachers and parents to watch this film then to understand what can happen after they restrain their students or children.

On the other hand,I think young peaple can be given many good things to be strong-minded. Each of the charactors who appear as students tried to act thier ways. Some of them begin to say thier opinions, the other students tried to do things which they have never done. I thought Mr.Keating was a great teacher. I wish he would have taught me in my highschool days. The most moving scene was the last scene. Todd stand on his desk when Mr.Keating leaves the class. Todd and other students were changed so much by Mr.Keating. I was moved by the relationship between the teacher and the students.

Summary: A rivew
Review: I don't like this story.I think this movie wants to describe a relationship of mutual trust between mr.keating and students, and friendship. But in the movie,Mr.keating and students don't connect deeply. What he does is only give strange lessons and talks about "DEAD POETS SOCIETY".He dosn't talk with students so many times. Why do they tie sach strong bonds?I couldn't understand. And one more, there are too much main character.I coludn't match the characters names to each face.Who is Neil's roommate?I can't answer.Because of many characters,it doesn't show each person's friendship. When one character has a disaster, anoter character shouts his grief, but I felt they aren't so friendly. Only two hours can't show everyone's relationship.I think it should decease main characters.

Summary: My review "Dead poets society"
Review: Dead Poets Society -this film takes place on the east coast of American countryside in 1959.This film is about a free-thinking teacher. The main characters are John Keating,Neil Perry and Todd Anderson. I praticulary like when Chris who is a girl Knox loves invites him in the snow. Chris has a boyfriend but Knox does his best for her so she decides to go to the party together in a theater.Chris standing in the snow is very beatiful.I think Knox has to study and can not play freely so he can feel happy by meeting her.The most interesting scene for me is when Todd stands on the desk and says,"oh captain,my captain"in last scene.Todd is shy boy before he meets Mr.Keating but he can change himself so Mr.Keating looks happy. At the end,I felt very sad.I can not understand Neil's father's saying.I uaderstand his opinion but neil has his own dream.I think in that period, children has to obey their parents.I can not stand such a thing.I think they also want to do what they like.Perhaps this film shows us that if we have things we want,do it.If we don't do that when we can do,we'll regret someday. Now,we can do as we like but we are too free.We should find our dream and aim that dream. Mr.keating is a really good teacher.I want to meet a teacher like Mr.keating.He teaches his student many important things. However, this school has very strict discipline so a headmaster doesn't like his teaching. In fact,at the end,Mr.Nolan blames Mr.keating.He teaches very hard but they are not allow in that period. He is hard and his students are too.I am also painful. I can learn about old school and feel some emotions.Though there are some painful scenes,I can enjoy seeing this movie. "Seize the day" I like this word very much because this is a thing we need.I want to do this.
