Rating: Summary: Youv'e Got Mail is one of the best movies of the year. Review: What a beautiful story! I really enjoyed this movie. Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan should work together more often. They've got real chemistry.

Rating: Summary: Nice, but haven't we seen this before? Review: A good addition to any video library. A familiar movie, but nobody seems to care that this has all been done before. Luckily, we had Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan, otherwise it probably would have been left to die on the scrap heap. Having said that, if you don't like either Tom Hanks or Meg Ryan, there's really no point in your seeing it. But if you like them, as we did, then it doesn't really matter that there really wasn't much to this movie that a box of Kleenex wouldn't cure.
Rating: Summary: Hanks and Ryan shine in 'Mail' Review: Anyone who has seen 'Sleepless' will enjoy "You've Got Mail". I am happy that Hanks and Ryan decided to team up again; they were both wonderful playing their roles. It is a modern love story for the '90's.
Rating: Summary: An great movie for the heart. Review: I place "You've got mail" right up there with "Breakfast at Tiffany's", "Sabrina", "My fair lady" and all the other movies that when you see them reach into your heart and never let go. It's not filled with nudity, violence, excessive swearing, or all the other things that are the death of good films. It's very well paced, and has the feel of a warm book more then a movie. For all of you who search the video store desprate for that perfect love-story movie, "You've got Mail" won't let you down.
Rating: Summary: It was a great movie!!! Review: It was the best movie I had ever seen
Rating: Summary: Better than I thought it was going to be. Review: I thought this movie was going to be a rework of the Sleepless In Seattle routine, only through cyberspace (boy and girl searching for their soul-mate through the internet etc). But I really was pleasntly surprised. From about half way the movie really got my full attention and the ending was delightful. Sure its no Academy Award winning stuff...but if you want to sit down and watch a nice harmless romantic film with no sex, violence or swearing then you could do a lot worse. I will be watching it again.
Rating: Summary: Just great movie Review: I love it.I have never seen so beautiful movie
Rating: Summary: I loved it!! Review: This movie is truly wonderful. It captures the way real people feel, who have actually been involved in an "internet relationship". It shows how souls fall in love... even when the bodies haven't met, yet. I'm 21 years old... living 6000 miles away from home (Georgia,USA). I moved to Holland (The Netherlands) to be with my fiance... we met on the internet... on a chat line a little over a year ago. The movie shows how two "normal" people meet and fall in love over something so minute as a computer screen. The way Kathleen felt when she didn't have mail hit home. I felt everything she felt... when you're that attached to someone... wake up everyday and go straight to the computer to check for email from "mr. wonderful"... and find nothing... it hurts...BIG TIME. Needless to say... I love this movie. It was the first movie my sweetheart and I saw together after we finally met in person. It's kind of like "our movie". If anyone can tell me where I can find a copy of the movie.. in an appropriate format European Video recorders use... I will be extremely appreciative!!! Thanks!! Jennifer Sayre
Rating: Summary: One of the worst movies ever made Review: This movie was pure drivel. Hanks plays an abhorrent character that no (emotionally healthy) woman would look at twice. The way he practically forced his way into her home as she continually asked him to leave was nothing less than creepy. What's with Tom Hanks these days? And what purpose did those Balkan jokes serve escept to show how low he has sunk. His character shows no warmth or effort toward personal redemption. He simply (and incorrectly) presents the character as posessing 'an overwhelming charm and forcefulness'. Give me a break.
