Description:

JVC's XV-S75GD DVD-Video/DVD-Audio player's slim design simplifies room placement and makes the player an attractive addition to your home theater. The model supports standard DVDs as well as the new, high-resolution DVD-Audio format, along with CD, MP3-CD, and CD-R and CD-RW recordable formats. This model, also available in black, plays back nearly every digital media source.

The XV-S75GD includes the technological features for only the best in video and audio playback. Progressive-scan component-video output creates a smooth, flicker-free picture with compatible TVs, while a 10-bit, 54 MHz video digital-to-analog converter reproduces video images with roughly twice the speed of standard 27 MHz DACs, resulting in enhanced picture quality for modern TVs and large-screen displays.

Similarly, a 24-bit, 192 kHz audio digital-to-analog converter reproduces audio signals at twice the frequency as standard 96 kHz DACs for superb, high-bandwidth audio quality with audio CDs and multichannel DVD-Audio discs. The 3-D Phonic surround sound emulation simulates a four-speaker sound field from only two stereo speakers.

Playback features include variable and slow search, zoom, digest and strobe play, angle list, and resume. Optical and coaxial digital-audio outputs connect to a compatible home theater system for true Dolby Digital and DTS Surround sound.

JVC covers this player with a one-year warranty on parts and 90-day warranty on labor.
