Description:

The slim XV-NA70BK DVD player from JVC generates a great picture and makes a stylish addition to your home theater. The sleek player measures only 1.81 inches high and the blue-lit illuminated panel complements the attractive silver case.

The XV-NA70BK displays crisp images with digital direct progressive scan. It offers a wide variety of viewing tools and options--configurable through an easy-to-use, high-resolution graphical user interface--including variable and slow search, six-step zoom play, digest and strobe play, angle list, and a resume/bookmark function.

The benefits don't stop at the visual level. You won't have to wait for a movie to begin with JVC's Express Play Start option, which starts the first scene of the movie in under four seconds with single-layer DVDs. You also can eliminate the clutter of components in your home audio and home theater setup thanks to its wide variety of playback formats. The XV-NA77SL supports DVD, DVD-Audio, DVD-R, DVD+RW, CD-DA, SVCD, VCD, CD-R/RW, JPEG, and MP3 formats.

A built-in Dolby Digital/DTS decoder, combined with JVC's 3D-Phonic sound processor, provides a virtual surround sound experience. JVC's exclusive pulse-edge-modulation, digital-to-analog audio converter uses the highest level of noise shaping possible to yield superior sound. With a high signal-to-noise ratio, you get fine resolution and a wide, dynamic audio range at any volume.

The player includes optical and coaxial digital audio outputs, with Dolby Digital and DTS passthrough, for easy connection to any system. The XV-NA70BK also has component-video, composite-video, and S-video terminals and an analog audio out for front, center, rear, and subwoofer connections.
