Summary: You don't always get what you want
Review: Buyer beware. The item in the picture is very nice. The item that they send is very nice, too. Unfortunately, they are not the same! The company did, however, send along a catalog depicting this item for $170.00 more than the asking price here. The one that they are selling here has no storage in the doors. All of the pictures clearly show the doors having storage. The company graciously offered to sell me what I ordered for $170.00 more. I had ordered two and am sending them back. I am disappointed at best. The company did offer me a discount, which was fair enough. I counter offered but got nowhere. The worst part? The customer service supervisor asked me point blank if the page stated that the units have storage in the doors. I guess she had me there, she was right. Although every one of the many pictures did show items stored in the shelves on the doors, the wording did not specifically say whether there was storage in the doors or not. She did manage to make me feel like a fool for having assumed that the item they were selling through Amazon would be the item pictured.
The items shipped are very nice cabinets and the price is fair enough. The problem that I have encountered is compounded by the fact that I ordered these because the pictures match the two cabinets that I already own. What I have received do not.
I choose to stay anonymous as I await a refund.
