Summary: Best all around
Review: If you love Sublime I guarantee you will love this documentary. Bradley was already deceased once this was made, so the only clips you'll see (of him)are pre-recorded. You'll see all of Sublime's friends telling their stories, tales, lies, and exaggerations--no joke! Such as comments from The Ziggens(they rock-check em out!), Falling Idols, former Sublime members Eric, Bud and Miguel, No Doubt and ALL KINDS OF PEOPLE! And what's a Sublime video without Lou dog! The video clips are great because they are live--not the lame edited videos on MTV. I would suggest getting the DVD, if you have the option. That way you can just choose where in the documentary you want to go. Its a really long story, but if you are a true Sublime fan, you won't be able to get enough! I was VERY SATISFIED with this documentary. I'm sure you will be too. If you want to hear bands that are inspired by Sublime and bands alike check out Slightly Stoopid, The Expendables, and The Ziggens.

Summary: I drank too much orange juice...
Review: If you see a large man running out of motor home out on the highway, watch out... Or, at a Denny's... Good video, good stories.

Summary: All The Songs Need to be full length
Review: In 1996, Sublime released their self titled major label debut, to critical acclaim. Their unique mix of punk, reggae, ska, hip-hop and everything in between gave the masses (myself included) a new, fresh sound.

What most people don't know is Sublime humble beginnings. They started as a garage punk-band, paying together since childhood. They released a couple of huge indie albums, and had a huge following in the SoCal area. This DVD documents those times, with many members of Sublimes extended family joining in to tell the stories tales lies and exaggerations of one of the great bands of the nineties.

SO GO BUY THE DVD!!!!! Not only will you see some of the great Sublime moments, but there is also clips from LBDA, Dalnoa, Barrington Levy, No Doubt and many more of the bands friends. I have bought it, and there are clips and songs on there that you simply cannot find anywhere else. Great music, great humour, (poor video quality) but great music.

The film is scattered with music videos, and live performances. The clip of "Gimme my Share Freestyle" is unforgettable to the hardcore Sublime fan, and proves what an improvisational scatman frontman Brad Nowell really was. This DVD is essential to every Sublime fan, a great tribute to a man whos musical legacy has yet to be realised.

Review: Mostly interviews, some music footage from concerts. Suggested for the hardcore Sublime fan, not the commercially entertained.

Summary: Actully I've never seen it
Review: Ok so I've never seen the video but ya know what I don't care. I've been a SUBLIME fan for about 2 years now, I have all their albums and am planning on prdering the video today but I can safely say that EVREYTHING Sublime dose is wonderful. They are probly (at least in my opinion) the best band this world ever had the pleasure of listing to even in the short time they were around. Anyway if you decided to read all of my little rant i say to you- If you are a true SUBLIME fan you MUST get this video I've heard from my friends that it is one of the coolests things have in their Sublime collection so d yourself a favor and just GET IT!

Summary: Makes me very, very Angry
Review: S.T.L.E. always makes me angry. Angry that Sublime died along with Bradley. This is a truely touching story of wasted talent that leaves me cursing at the screen because Brad could put the needle down. This is a must for any Sublime fan or just about anyone down with the scene.

Summary: It proves Sublime was more then just music.
Review: Stories, Tales, Lies, and Exaggerations is proof that Sublime wasn't playing music for the money, or the glory. They were playing to party. In this video you learn all about their wacky "stories". If you are a long time Sublime fan you'll love the concert footage or if you're a guy just learning about the band, all the info and the concert footage will be cool for you. I suggest you buy it if you care about them. Also, make a donation to the Jakob James Nowell fund. Any donation would help Bradley's son.
