Rating: Summary: The Legendary musicians Review: Kurt cobain is the best leader of every grunge music in the world. He absolutely bring this music to the top and i think no one else can do this.
Rating: Summary: i love kurt Review: i thought this movie was really cool and reading all the other reviews was what made me want to see it even more thanks
Rating: Summary: It isn't enough Review: I don't know,I didn't see it. Was it helpful to you?
Rating: Summary: please read this whole thing(everyday something fake:gross) Review: I rate this so high cause these people sure know how to turn aphrase, its a gift I think. This video has some nice memories of KurtCobain but basically justs roots through unreliable sources who talk about Kurt's death and Courtney. END
Rating: Summary: Very good Review: I'm a huge Nirvana fan. And I bought Kurt & Courtney together with Live! Sold out! I was surprised by the fact that the film suggests that Courtney did it. Although the director gives enough reasons to believe that she didn't do it. If you are a Nirvana or Kurt fan. Buy this one you'll have no regrets.
Rating: Summary: Save your money & 90 minutes of your life Review: This "documentary "is a treasure trove of unsubstantiated claims, 3rd and 4th hand rumors, interviews with practicing junkies, and "sources" like a pimp,a psychic and an unemployed private investigator. Misogynistic attacks on Courtney from low-life hangers-on with acute cases of sour grapes (including her abusive father and ex-boyfriend). Who could blame Love for not wanting to participate in her own character assassination and the vampiric exploitation of Kurt's life at the hands of National Enquirer stalkerazzi? The film features no one from Nirvana or their record label-in short, no one who actually knows the real story. Makes Jerry Springer look like Masterpiece Theatre. Appalling on so many levels...
Rating: Summary: Total Trash Review: This movie is the worst piece of trash I have ever seen. It tells almost nothing about Kurt, and bags on Courtney the whole time. The interviewer has to be the dumbest guy on the planet. He interviewed almost no one who actually knew Kurt, and when he did they were junkies. God knows what their motivations were (being in a movie? money?), or if they even knew Kurt at all. Courtney's father is in the film, and he is horrifying -- accuses of her murder and is obviously a loser riding on her fame. It made me love Courtney, feel bad for her, and miss Cobain. I am sick of everyone doing a Yoko Ono on her. Kurt obviously loved her, and the other pathetic people in this movie are plainly jealous. I would write more, but I have already wasted enough of my life on this awful, tasteless garbage.
Rating: Summary: Excellent documentary of Kurt...and oh yeah Courtney Review: It makes you miss Kurt and his music even more. Too bad Nick couldnt put Kurt and Nirvana's music in the movie, but that was all Courtney's doing. Courtney is seriously evil and has major problems. She has got to be the most unbalanced person in Hollywood right now and God we can only pray that she doesnt get any bigger than she has (due to Kurt being out of the picture!). Great movie though, and loved some of the interviews, err except what was up with El Duce? Could have done without that. For all Nirvana fans!
Rating: Summary: mmmm Review: kurt cobain is so hot in this video and although the movie itself sucks, just the fact that it is about kurt makes me love it!
Rating: Summary: Women rarely suspected for murder Review: It is disturbing how easy it is for women to go unsuspected and unquestioned when murders or deaths occur. As I watched "Kurt & Courtney" I could not stop thinking about the writings of an author named Warren Farrell, who described some advantages women have in society (How many women get drafted into the army?) and some disadvantages of men (Who gets to go down with the sinking ship?). He described many incidents where women committed murder after murder for years yet remained free (or just got counseling) because nobody wanted to imagine a woman would kill. "Kurt & Courtney" is not proof that Love is guilty--that could only be determined by a trial in court. But the movie shows that there is lots of evidence worth looking into, and that there is a very valid theory behind the facts. Why isn't Love on trial? When so much evidence can be found by a determined journalist...when the theories about her motives make so much sense... This movie dares to speak out against a woman, at a time when feminism determines what is politically correct and incorrect. "Kurt & Courtney" is an wake-up call for all of us.
