Review: I was really surprised by this DVD documentary. I was amazed by all the different ways that people experience both the spiritual and the touching of other worlds. I really enjoyed this but the only downfall was the film definition was a bit grainy to me and I cared nothing about Old Man Gloom.

Review: This video introduces the casual viewer to the world of modern ritualism (No, I'm not talking about the monotony of getting in your car and driving to work each morning or watching the evening news). The subjects of this documentary explore ancient ritualism and find useful application for it in the modern era. I recommend this documentary for anyone who has wondered why those crazy kids get body piercings, tattoos, and drive hundereds of miles to get together in the middle of the desert. You may not decide to ink/puncture yourself or quit your job, buy an old camper, and head for the desert, but you will better understand what these rituals accomplish for the current day participant.
