Summary: Excellent Docu
Review: This was an excellent view into the world of MMA. More than any other film it gives a true insight that these men are true athletes who are disciplined, smart, and kind. Just as a linebacker tries to put a quarterback out of the game these men try to put out their opponents. This film finally humanizes this sport and my wife even watched it and like it.

Summary: Bad Ass!
Review: What is this Tom Keogh's trip? He is obviously not an athlete of any kind.

This movie is hard, you get an honest in-depth look at one of the most intimidating dudes in MMA who explains, if you listen, how MMA is competitive sport of the highest level. It is pure competition between men. Why is it that in America everybody likes football where men beat each other up over an oblong ball, but direct competition between men (which involves balls, but not the kind you throw or catch) is considered violent? Folks, there are no victims in MMA.

Did I mention the DVD is bad-ass? Even my non-MMA-fan friends thought it was cool. Kerr has a body we cannot fathom, but when he talks about the experience of fighting, he is able to describe it so we regular folks who have never been in a pro fight can understand what type of deal it is.
