Summary: it's got a terrific plot. It's the best i've seen in yrs
Review: I thought it was sad (what happened to Shelly Webster and Eric Draven) but it justifies the rest of the movie. The insanity of some of the characters really brings home the message that there's more to life than just the big things. Lots of little things also mean a lot.

Review: This movie greately illustrates the power love has over death. It also shows that what you have done in the past, eventually comes back to haunt you in the future. If you are looking for an extremely good movie, I personally suggest you buy this movie or rent it at you local video store.

Review: I loved Brandon Lee in this film. He would have gone on to do much better things if he wouldn't have died in the film. This movie has filled in a great gap in my life. It is part of my everyday life. He was such a great actor.

Summary:

A Film That Goes Beyond the Boundaries of Ordinary Films
Review:

I first saw THE CROW on the day it was released in the theaters. Not because of the sensationalism surrounding the tragic death of it's star, Brandon Lee ± May he RIP ±. It was the story that intrigued me.

I first read about it being made, in Entertainment Weekly. I hadn't known about the Comic James O'Barr wrote until then, which I highly recommend those of you who have interest in the film to acquire.

The film -- thanks to the magical performance of Brandon Lee, the rest of the cast and the direction of Alex Proyas -- captures the love story of Eric Draven and Shelly Webster in ways that are not expected...

It's not just a story of revenge and violence. It's a story of the power of love and the Divine rite of retribution that is granted to a man who cannot be with his truest love, beyond the veil of death, unless he acts upon it. It's a story of "bringing justice to victims," and "making the wrong things right."

See THE CROW and perhaps your faith in love, justice and a greater power will be renewed if you've had a dose of your own hell to deal with. Very Truly Yours,

^v^Lady Cro^v^

Extra note: Thanks and salutations to John Shirley -- writer extraordinaire -- for being the one who discovered THE CROW, wrote the first script and basically made it possible to be seen on the big screen.
