Summary: Very entertaining
Review: Giant killer worms? It's better than it sounds. It never takes itself too seriously and maintains interest by posing a series of problems that the characters solve intelligently. I think this film accomplishes exactly what it sets out to do--entertain with a clever script about people who react to the unbelievable in a believable way.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Wonderfully fun.
Review: Tremors, directed by Ron Underwood, is a fantastic film. Val and Earl are simply hilarious, no matter what they're doing. Aside from the two handymen, I really liked Michael Gross as the gun freak, Burt Gummer.

At the time the special effects would have been considered amazing, especially since it's budget wasn't very high. The worms are disgusting, and look terrific.

I definitely recommend this movie to anyone who wants some great action, funny one-liners, and who will watch it over and over again!

Summary: great flik
Review: This is the only movie I can can honestly say I've seen more than twice and still want to see again. When I'm looking for a movie to watch, and don't know what I want to see, I usually end up watching this one. It doesn't have much in the way of blood, guts, and gore. It tries succesfully to be funny, and it's just plain fun. It's one of the few movies I can't find anything bad to say about. I highly recommend it to everyone. If you haven't seen it yet, you're missing out on a great movie.

Summary: Stupid, but not that bad
Review: Well...the idea of the movie is...uh...well STUPID! But it is not that bad actually, It is very funny and Kevin Bacon is...oh...soo sexy. if you want to see a movie who's scary, find another one, but if you want a funny ( And a little bit creepy ) one, I highly recommend it!

Summary: Kevin Bacon and Fred Ward shine!
Review: This is on my list of the most scariest movies of all time! Fred and Kevin shine as funny handymen as they try to destroy four snake-tongued worms in the Nevada desert. The best thriller of 1990. Rated PG-13 for language and violence.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: liked it
Review: this is a pretty good horror movie. I would suggest this movie to die hard horror fnas though.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Fun, Fun, Fun!
Review: It's almost facetious to review this movie after all the others posted here. Tremors is a classic if there ever was one. It is scary, funny, tense, and above all fun, all at the same time. It would be hard to fault anyone's performance in this movie. If ever there was an ensemble cast that clicked, this movie has it.

This is pure tongue in cheek, done to a fair-thee-well, and to say it is fun to watch would be one of the greatest understatements of all time. It must have been a blast to make, because the actors certainly demonstrate it in their demeanor and delivery.

If you miss this movie, shame, shame, SHAME on you!

Summary: "I ALMOST SIDED WITH THE WORMS."
Review: Don't know why the version shown on cable has the best elements of profanity "edited" - IF You just escaped being chomped by a carnivorous worm the way Val and Fred did, I'm sure you too would scream out: "**** YOU!"

P.S. And that's probably the second best part of this film. This is simply a lot of fun that can be watched over and over again.
