Rating: Summary: The Demise of Robin Rochelle Stille Review: A must-see for any fan of Quigley, Stevens, Bauer, Jones, or Robin Rochelle (Stille). The unfortunate passing of Stille makes this movie an even more important addition to any serious B-Movie collector's files. And the Killer Dialogue and Killer Imp? Worth the price Amazon charges alone!
Rating: Summary: Total Cheese!! Review: Grade B all the way. This low budget cheese flick is a must for all low budget horror movie fans. This movie is more comedy/stupidity than horror. The combination: Geeky, sex hungry nerds, naked sorority girls showering, LINNEA QUIGLEY, a littl rubber puppet that is supposed to be an evil imp imprisoned in a bowling trophy, some really bad killings, and then a happy ending w/ a twist....oh, just watch it. you will laugh, then hate yourself for paying money for it. That is only if you hate cheese flicks!

Rating: Summary: Actual Bowling Is More Exciting Review: I watched this film because I enjoy camp movies for what they are. The problem that this movie has is, that while it tries to be a campy, cult film (a bit too hard, judging from the title), it commits the unforgivable sin of being boring. This movie had me begging for the end to arrive. Avoid this film at all costs. It has no redeeming features of any sort. (OK, the girls are fairly attractive; but you will quickly forget that as the pain of the film begins.)The plot (as it were) concerns three geeks that attempt to observe a sorority initiation and in the process get shanghaied into breaking into a bowling alley with two sorority pledges, where they encounter not only someone else (a girl named 'Spider') breaking in, but in their quest to steal a bowling trophy release an "Imp" who is far and away a more offensive racial caricature and stereotype than Jar Jar Binks ever dreamed of being. Needless to say, the Imp makes pretty much everyone turn on each other, and mayhem ensues. The violence is not very graphic, and is all exceptionally stupid. I was not so much offended by violence as by the depths to which the filmmakers were willing to stoop to keep the audience interested. (It didn't work, anyway.) The acting is among the worst I have ever seen, ditto the script. The 'plot' and direction were likewise from a mind far less gifted than Ed Wood. The sets weren't bad. In fact getting a behind the scenes look at the bowling alley was the most interesting part of the movie. As a related aside, I have got to comment that this bowling alley has the ugliest carpet I have ever seen in my life. I like camp, but this is not camp. This is pain. I would classify this movie as "Deep Hurting."
Rating: Summary: Totally rocked... Review: I've always been a fan of David DeCoteau films. "Nightmare Sisters", "Creepozoids", etc. And this films is perfect for anyone with a sense of humor...unfortunately, most people don't have one unless it's Jim Carrey doing some stupid facial expression, so I don't expect most people to appreciate it. A quick synopse: It's the 80's, we're at a college with 3 rejects peeping in on the local sorority initiations. They're caught and forced to join in by accompanying the pledges to the local bowling alley to steal a trophy, while there, they meet up with super-hot Scream Queen Linnea Quigley and accidentally unleash an evil imp from captivity in one of the trophies, and the fun ensues. The DVD, though short on extras, is much better quality than the VHS, which is overcolored with sound problems. Recommended for those who want to HAVE FUN watching a movie...
Rating: Summary: Sorority Babes Stars A Nice Cast Review: My god. An older flick with Brinke Stevens, Michelle Bauer, and Linnea Quigley all together. Excellent! The story is about a Sorority Prank that is being done to the new inductees (Bauer and Stevens). During this prank, they enter a bowling alley when a demonic imp starts creating a lot of problems for our lovely sorority sisters. It leaves a funny movie with lots of scantily clad sisters.
Rating: Summary: Not really a horror film Review: Not a horror film but that's where you'll find it at the local video rental store. It really belongs in comedy or trash movies. It contains voyeurism and nudity. There's nothing scary about it but the actresses provide plenty of blood-curdling screams for effect.
Rating: Summary: I wish I had not purchased this DVD. Review: Some nudity in a horror movie. I ended up fast forwarding a goodly part of the movie and threw the DVD in the wastebasket when I was done.
