Summary: Decently funny movie...
Review: First off, if you want to be scared, this is not the movie for you. I'm afraid its not that incredibly scary, or even suspenseful.
That said, this movie isn't a total waste of money. Predictability as well as originality are put together to make an amusing movie. The special effects aren't great compared to what they are now, but are decent for the 80s.
The basic plot-Alien Klowns cruise into the galaxy to have a quick snack. Unfortanetly, they eat humans. Two teenagers discover what's going on and go to the police, who, of course, don't believe them. Peril insues. Can the teenage boy and the one policeman that believes save the teenage girl before its too late?
The bottom line? If you want to be scared, this movie is not for you. If, however, you enjoy stupid funny movies that are too busy making jokes to explain itself, you might enjoy this one.

Summary: Great Movie! Great Fun!
Review: When I first saw this movie, I was about 5 years old. I remember my Dad calling me in to the den to show me a movie on Sci-Fi channel. And thats when I first saw a scene from the movie: a fat clown drinking blood out of a cacoon which has a human body inside! This movie scared me when I was younger, I would have nightmares about the clowns from the movie chassing me all around my house. Now that I am grown up, I can see the humor in the film. The bad acting, and the cheesy plot makes it all the more of a great film. One thing that struck me about this movie was that it was made in about 30 days! The clowns look really cool, and the Special FX are preety cool as well. This is a great movie to watch on a rainy Sunday afternoon with some beer and a friend.

Review: hahahah i loved this movie! this has to be one of the best B-rated movies of all time! i mean i dont know about all of u but i hate clowns and when i saw this movie i just couldent help but laugh..this movie provided the best mix of horror and comedy rolled together that ive ever seen and the clown costumes/makeup were superb! i cant even think of all the cool, good things i can say for this movie so ill leave it at this: buy it or atleast rent it!

Summary: A classic Low Budget flick.
Review: This unworldy mixture of Sci-fi, horror and laughs is about these Clown-like Alien creatures from outer space who invade a small town and terrorizing people, while a group of college students must stop them.A very entertaining b-flick that does have laughable acting but the storyline and Klowns are cool, the DVD is awesome with three easter eggs, Documentaries, Trailer, Photo Gallery and more. Also recommended: Bad Taste, Return of the Aliens: The Deadly Spawn, The Thing ( 1982), The Fifth Element, Critters, Critters 2, Eight Legged Freaks, Re-Animator, The Toxic Avenger.

Summary: Killer Klowns-Holy Smoke
Review: I don't care what anyone says, 'Killer Klowns is the best movie.I only brought this rare gem a year ago because I hadn't seen it since I was little and had some memories of it. The verdict- I now have a new appreciation for this extremly creative, witty, fun, exciting,creepy in parts with the superb musical score. As soon as I brought a copy and got home on a Thursday afternoon, I prepared myself for the good or worse. Once the credit sequence began and the delicious song 'Killer Klowns'started by The Dickies, I had a good feeling about the time I was in for. Not to mention it doesn't hurt that Suzanne Snyder- one of my favourite actress is one of the leads. This film is excellent. A must have for any fans.

Summary: Great low budget film....
Review: If any of you out there are a fan of the movie, this a perfect addition to your DVD collection. This movie shows that even low budget "horror" films can become a cult classic. There is nothing like sitting down late on a Friday night to watch the movie with your boyfriend/girlfriend and watching them squeam as you laugh hysterically. Highly recommend purchasing.

Summary: Killer Klowns is a Killer Bargain
Review: Killer Klowns is an excellent deal!!! First of all you get the movie...which in itself is worth the price of admission. Just looking at it you expect a cheesy, campy, low-budget, bad movie...which is not a bad thing. But what you get is a cheesy, campy, low-budget, bad but extremely well put together movie. Considering the budget of this movie, anyone would be impressed with the detail of the makeup and effects. The movie itself is downright hilarious. My favorite actor is a certian jerk cop whom you may recognize from a certain National Lampoons movie. On top of the top quality horror/comedy film, you get a pretty decent set of extras which accompany the movie: behind the scenes, bloopers, concept art, some early "films" made by the Chiodo brothers as kids, and more. I would pay more for this movie and still enjoy it; but given the price tag, no one should pass this one up!!!

Review: i saw this movie when i was little and i hated klowns ever since... so thank you to the ones who made it :) no really its a good movie and has helped shape who i am today... my saying "the only good clown is a dead one!" great movie by the way... i would tell anyone who is everyone to watch it.
