Summary: Come on, spare me the stupidity!
Review: I only gave this movie one star because I had to. I really did feel that this is stupid and idiodic. All the plot is made of is a couple of pathetic potheads that live in some ghetto that have no money (as well as no life). I wouldn't recommend it. COME ON PEOPLE, GET WITH IT!

Summary: If they say it's not funny, they don't have a sense of humor
Review: This movie is just TOOOOOOOO funny. You won't need smoke OR drink to enjoy this movie. Ice cube is Chris Tucker's straight man on this FRIDAY -- where "you ain't got no job and you ain't got S--- to do" A lesson can also be learned.

Summary: An Alltime Classic for African Americans
Review: Fresh, Funny and a great change from the typical flims that the public is subject to. Ice Cube shows a side of him that proves he's not all about "Hard Core" rap. A talented cast, and F.Gary Gray proves once again that he has what it takes to compete with H'wood best, to go from "Friday" to "The Negotiator", he should not be overlook. I wish the brother all the best. .

Summary: THIS MOVIE IS CRAZY AND FUNNY-I KNOW ALL THE WORDS IN IT!!!!
Review: FRIDAY IS A NICE AND FUNNY MOVIE TO WATCH WHENEVER YOU'RE IN THE MOOD TO LAUGH. IT DOESN'T GET TIRED EVEN AFTER WATCHING IT TEN OR TWELVE TIMES. I WISH THEY WOULD COME OUT WITH A SEQUEL TO IT. CHRIS TUCKER AND ICE CUBE MAKE A GOOD TEAM, AND I WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE OF MOVIES LIKE THIS.

Summary: Best of Three
Review: If you want to laugh your ass off buy this movie. It stars Ice Cube as Greg, and Chris Tucker as Smokey. Chris Tucker makes this movie good with his winny girly voice and always smokin weed. Ice cube delivers a good performance as Greg the guy who gets fired on his day off for stealing boxes and gets high for the first time. There are other great charecters like Debo the tall bully of the hood, Disel the crack head who will doing anything for two dollars, and daddy Gregs bog catching father who has to use the bathroom constantly. Over all this movie is hilarious just like the second and third one.

Summary: Can't Believe This Movie Is Ten Years Old!
Review: Wow time goes fast! I cannot believe this movie is already this old! Friday is one of those films that you can watch once and remember every scene in the movie. It's a simple black comedy without all the stereotype B.S. The main character, Craig Jones ( Ice Cube ) isn't some ignorant gang banger that sells drugs. He's your average hardworking twenty-something who's falling down on his luck by losing his job. What I mostly love about Friday is that it stays away from the cliches. Craig's parents ( Anna-Maria Horsford and John Witherspoon ) are upstanding, middle-class people with good jobs who've raised responsible children. Dana, Craig's sister ( played by the lovely Regina King ) is not a hoochie or tramp, but a regular high school student minding her own business. No one is ignorant in this film, not even Smokey ( Chris Tucker ). Chris easily stole the show from Cube and it seemed terribly easy to do. Without Smokey this film wouldn't have survived my fast forward button but Chris keeps the action going. He is in almost every scene and you'll be laughing out your seat because of this.

Friday is not a ' hood ' movie. It's a film about two friends
( who happen to be black and one who happens to smoke weed ) hanging out. This scenerio happens everywhere no matter what race or kind of neighborhood you come from. I like to think of Friday as a buddy film. Friday is a treat if you know what you're looking at. If you're expecting to see Menace II Society meets Boyz in the Hood you will be disappointed. Friday is a comedy, plain and simple! The laughs out rank the violence refreshingly. It's just a film anyone can relate to no matter what race, age, gender or status. Enjoy.
But...please SKIP those sequels!
