Review: Friday was a really great movie, I really enjoyed watching it. Ice Cube did a wonderful job of writting. F. Gary Gray proved that Speilberg isn't the only one who can direct. Chris Tucker made all of the other comedians look like school yard pranksters. I was so proud to see my African-American brothers and sisters do their thing. I can't wait for the sequel.

Review: Yep, it's a ghetto movie, but more than that, it's a glimpse into the comedy and drama of teen and youth life in the ghetto. Craig is so serious and Smokey is so fiendish, it's hilarious.

Review: Don't get me wrong, i can watch this movie any day of the week and multiple times a day. Friday is one of the funniest movies ever made... one thing... This "widescreen" DVD is not really widescreen, it is the full screen version with the bottom and the top blackened out, to give you the effect that it is actually widescreen. This really made me mad and i hope that if you do buy this DVD, it is for the extras and not for the movie. You should also have a copy of the VHS version because it shows more of the movie. I urge everyone who has both versions to check this out and complain to the company
