Summary: Sex and a whole lot more!
Review: About 5 months ago I bought the first season of Sex in the City just to see what all the hoopla was about - well, I enjoyed it so I bought the 2nd season - it was even better! So, of course, I bought the 3rd season - the best yet! I wish there would have been a boxed set at that time because you save about $50 buying all 3 seasons at once. The 5th season is now airing on HBO - I wish the 4th season would come out on DVD so I could catch up! :) All in all, the series is great - the story lines continue to get better - and it is much better watching them this way, so you don't have to wait until next week to see what will happen next!

Summary: finally, a sitcom i can relate to
Review: charlotte, samantha, miranda and carrie are all extrodinary women and sex in the city is a great show which has controversary, friendship, everyday life problems, relationships, love and above all .. sex. it's a great show to get into, and you won't want to miss an episode, with the series collection .. you can rewind your fav. parts adn watch it over and over and over.. haha, i know i did... anyway.. ENJOY!!

Review: I am in my mid-thirties and I can't tell you how many episodes of this show get me all choked up. I don't think this happens because I'm grieving over the loss of my youth, my single status, or city living, but because I remember how the pain of being single felt. I think the writers are great at expressing the complexities of female emotions through the 4 main characters. I can see a bit of myself in every one of them (no wonder men find us confusing). The one episode that got to me the most was the baby shower in Connecticut. I felt I was watching someone walk into my life in suburban heck. Although I never want to return to the single life again, I can't wait for the day to ditch the house in the burbs for downtown living. If you haven't seen the show, I highly recommend purchasing/renting them all. Remember, it is HBO programming so the content is much more graphic than most R rated movies but probably closer to real life than most people will admit to.

Review: I can never get tired of watching Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda with their great humor and many hot one-night-stands and short relationsihps and sometimes even a Wedding. Hot Sex in the City every night, Sexy men every day and the Fashion of Tomorrow. These 4 inspiring Ladies will become your great new friends, which might sound a litlle weird, but once you start watching Sex and the City you'll want to see them over and over again. So if you're considering test-watching Sex and the City, please do! I'm sure the girls wont disappoint you. And if they do, the hot Guys definently wont!

Summary: Adulterous, immoral, sacrastic, but absolutely funny
Review: I had not seen it on TV, largely because the TV authorities here cannot tolerate that much sex scenes, implicit and explicit. However, the word of mouth had been so good that I bought it and really got carried away. I just took 2 full days to complete the nine DVD discs of the whole three seasons. It's just so humorous and funny, and I just could not stop until I had finished them all with a little headache. Though I really cannot agree with the lifestyle of these gorgeous, self supporting, well educated women in Manhattan who always put sex before love so casually, I find the stories real, full of black humor, sometimes touching, but very informative or even educational for those who wanna improve themselves in a love relationship. Though I doubt very much why the ladies in the drama were still free of AIDs when they just technically had a different sex partner in each episdode, in consideration of only the entertainment factor, and disgarding its negative influence on social morality, it's a definitely a strong buy on investment term.

Review: This is one great show!! If you have missed it on HBO--you are truly missing out!! It is provacative, funny, clever, smart, & heartwarming all at the same time. If you don't have HBO, I recommend buying the DVDs or renting them!!
