Summary: How can you not relate?
Review: Everyone who has ever attended a public high school can relate to this movie. We all knew people like John, Andy, Brian, Claire, and Allison in high school. The Breakfast Club came out in 1985, and even today in 1999 high schoolers can relate to what these five were going through. I think the only difference is that poor Brian Johnson would probably have been expelled rather than have Saturday detention.

Summary: This is the best movie!
Review: This is by far the best of the "Brat Pack." I loved Pretty in Pink and Sixteen Candles, but The Breakfast Club is the best. It shows us that the world's view of us is just that, a view; it isn't who we really are. I loved the end of the movie when Molly Ringwald gave Judd Nelson her earring. With scenes like that, who could not like this movie.

Summary: One of the best!
Review: This movie totally rocks! I just saw it on television and had to buy the DVD so I can see it in full. I really enjoyed it and let me say it is 300 times better than "The Lost Boys" who people seemed to think deserves the attention that the Breakfast Club got and still receives. Get this DVD, you will not be disapointed!

Summary: Great High School detention movie!!
Review: This was such a great film. It really captured the ways schools were in the 80's and the different "cliques" in high school. It was a real boost for a lot of great youn actors and actresses.

Summary: Don't You Forget About This Classic!
Review: Besides having one of the Simple Minds' best songs as the main theme, this features 5 actors who would all go on and star in other flicks, especially Emilio Estevez. The dialogue is great. I admit it's more of a dialogue film than an action film. But at the end, you feel like you know the characters personally.

Estevez plays the quick-tempered but likable and sensitive jock. Judd Nelson plays the witty, direct, and often crude rebel. Molly Ringwald is the prom queen, who admits to hating to live up to her snotty facade. Ally Sheedy plays the reclusive but candid basketcase. Anthony Michael Hall is the shy, sensitive, but friendly brain. All of them break out of their shells and stereotypes, at least for one Saturday.

I did a report on this movie in a Cinema class. It got me a B. This film gets an A.

Summary: I love this movie.
Review: This is a great movie, and I'm surprised that its stars have faded in the way that they have. The first thing that I love about this movie is its realism; the way it first portrays each of the stereotypes as one-sided and then destroys that stereotypical image of them. It's something that every kid in high school wants to have happen to them. The second thing that I love about this movie is that Judd Nelson and Emilio Estevez were total pieces of ass back in '85. There are just some people that I'd really just like to never have to hear about again and just remember them the way that they were: John Travolta, Elvis, Patrick Swayze - and, of course, Judd and Emilio. I mean, have you guys SEEN Suddenly Susan? What HAPPENED? I guess that's what 15 years will do to you. But I love, love, LOVE this movie.

Summary: Good teen movie the kind they don't make anymore
Review: After this movie many have tried to copy it or make a better film about teen angst and they have failed. This movie is a instant classic and will be continued to be watched for years to come. The lines in this film are the best. Like does Barry Manilow know you raided his wardrobe? watch this movie you won't be sorry.

Summary: One of the best movies ever...
Review: This is really one the greatest movies out there. So many teens can relate to at least one of the characters. I'm a particular fan of 80's movies so if you are one too, I really suggest you watch this!

Summary: *A must see*!!!!!
Review: I absoulutely loved this movie. It's about 5 teens who think they are nothin alike. Then they spend a whole day of detention toghether and find themselves becoming friends. Then a the end they identify themselves as an athelte(Estevez)a princess(Ringwald) a basketcase(Sheedy)a brain(Hall)and a criminal(Nelson). If you haven't seen this movie rent it or buy it. No regrets!!! Really bad language though.
