Summary: How did this work?
Review: The production values here are on par with a forgettable sit-com. The plotting and writing seem pretty weak. There is no tension or need to resolve leading to the "climax." And in the commentary, the players note that the movie was cut and paste based on focus group reaction, convenience, and who they could (not) get for cameos. Yet somehow, this movie is very enjoyable. The main reason is Jamie Kennedy: No matter what he does, he's interesting and likable, and we can't help but root for him. And the supporting cast is great: The two highjackers add funny layers throughout. The lead actress is fine and accesible. And Ryan O'Neal and the LA law guy are great as aptly superficial pols. And Bo Derek looks amazing and Malibuish. Shoud've shown her more! It seems the actors pulled it off, turning a likely near-disaster into something fun and worth repeated viewings.

Summary: Pure Over-the-Top Humor.
Review: This film was much funnier than I anticipated. I had originally thought that like most movies, the funniest clips would be in the previews. I managed to find a few more located throughout this film. Jamie Kennedy does a great job playing a black hip-hop "wannabe" rapper trapped in a white spoiled rich kid's body.

And with B-Rad's (Kennedy) father running for political office, he makes things complicated enough to force his father's campaign team to pay a couple of actors (Diggs & Anderson) with the help of Shondra (Regina Hall) to impersonate thugs to try to convince B-Rad to act the way his father would prefer him to.

The overall mayhem that ensues as B-Rad travels through "the hood" is a laughable affair for most audiences.

Summary: Funny
Review: This is a good movie with the main character B-rad (Jamie Kennedy) who is a wannabe rapper or wigger, who lives in a big house in Malibu. His dad (who is running for a governor) is tired of him and hires two actors played by Taye Diggs and Anthony Anderson to kidnap him and take him to the real hood in compton to scare the ghetto-fied attitude out of him.

This is a good movie and it's funny how wack B-rad raps at the freestyle and throughout the movie. He makes a big mistake at the freestyle by saying the n word (in an all black club) and is booed off.

Also there is Shondra (hall) who goes around with PJ and Sean(the actors) and Snoop Dogg makes a brief appearance as Ronnie Rizzat who tells B-Rad and tells him to be himself.

Overall this is good and watch for a funny movie

Summary: Not Most Wanted on my List
Review: This is a movie about a white rapper from Malibu. I had a couple of laughs but not enough. This is definetly not a must see. If you like stupid movies, see this one.

Summary: Malibu's Most Wanted DVD Funny Movie
Review: This is so much better than Bringing down the house. It had a funny cast but my fave were Taye Diggs and Anthony Anderson. They were hilarious as wanna-be gangstas. Not to leave out Jaime Kennedy as B-Rad and Regina Hall who did a great job keeping the storyline interesting.

Summary: B-rad G from the Bu
Review: This movie as I expected was absolutley wonderful. I enjoyed every minute of it. The movie in my opinion was really good. I had a good time watching it and I know a whole bunch of other people liked it too. I mean how can you not with Jamie Kennedy playing B-rad. Anthony Anderson was very funny too. The movie didnt have any nudity that is really bad unless if you consider Jamie Kennedy showing the upper part of his buttocks bad. The movie is hilarious and it also has a point to it. It doesnt matter if your black white purple or green..you are who you want to be. Dont change because someone doesnt like the way you are. And that is what I got from wathcing the movie. Like B-rad says Dont be hatin...especially on this movie. I would have given this movie more stars but it only goes up to 5 stars. So enjoy the movie. Also theres more than 10 minutes to the movie. I think if you or anyone stays for more than 10 minutes of the movie you would have enjoyed it. .... --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title

Summary: Shame there was none
Review: This movie was dumb, dumb and dumb. Normally I love parodies, especially in the Mel Brooks and Scary Movie vein but this was horrid. The jokes were cliched and Jamie Kennedy can not act nor be funny to save his life. This movie is as tired as one of B-Rad's rhymes. Save your self the trouble and rent or buy something else

Summary: Malibu's Most Wanted.....GREAT MOVIE!!!
Review: This movie was great! Very funny (of course in a stupid funny way). I've already watched it like 20 times. Everybody that I know that has seen it has loved it too. I wouldn't expect anything but the best from Jamie Kennedy...he is the funniest...Anthony Anderson and Taye Diggs were very funny also.

All in all...Great and funny movie. Definitely 5 Stars!
