Rating: Summary: Surprise! Review: I have admired how Mary-Kate and Ashley have developed into such great actresses. Now, about the movie, Taylor (Mary-Kate) and Kylie (Ashley) Hunter celebrate their sixteenth birthday with a new car, a driver's license and a trip to the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. They travel with some friends of theirs and this is when it gets unrealistic. They get lost about nine times by taking the wrong Greyhound bus, leaving their topless car in the parking lot with the keys in the car, and a lot of other stuff. If I got lost in the middle of the country, my parents would grab me up in no time! Overall, I liked it and it was a little more mature than their previous films. Another thing: How can a sixteen-year-old use their parents' credit card without the parent being around??
Rating: Summary: Derrick Knows All! Review: I have to say, This is the worst movie the girls have ever made. To see how bad their acting was and how dumb the movie was all togther made me a bit mad. I wouldnt recomend this movie unless you like dumb plots and boys and fashion and bad acting. :) I hope When In Rome is better.
Rating: Summary: Getting There-Simply The BEST Review: God, I love it when Mary-Kate and Ashley make movies, but I'm just curious and inquisitive as to why there films are never released in theatres. I mean there good, so I feel they deserve a chance to placed into theatres. Well, that's just my opinion, but anyway you should see this movie. IT IS SPECTACULAR!!!! I simply thought is was terrific, mainly due to gorgeous twins, Mary-Kate and Ashley, (GOD, ARE THEY HOT OR WHAT?!). Anyway the film was great, so was the plot and of course so were the characters. Truly great and amazing. SEE GETTING THERE, if you know what's good for you! I have been a great Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen fan, and will continue to be until I die, and that's surely true. GOD I LOVE THEM! Thanks.
Rating: Summary: Toast? Review: This movie was just another Olsen Twin flop. All their movies are basicly the same. The only amusing thing about the movie is the character Toast. If you normally do not enjoy Olsen Twin movies, I do not recomend this movie. If the movie was to be rated (which it was not) it would either be PG or PG-13...it is not at all like the old Olsen Twin movies where they are singing "You're invited to my sleepover party"...its a very unrealistic movie just like the rest of theirs. It isn't even amusing aside from Toast. BTW I cannot find any information at all about the actor Jeff D'Agustino (Toast) anywhere! It is agrivating. Its just all about the twins. So anyways, if you want to buy this movie I do not recomend it for anybody under 7...or over the age of 13...hehe...
Rating: Summary: not good Review: I will not deny being an Olsen fan; I have been ever since their Full House days. I love their movies from when they were much younger, but I can't stomach their others. They need stronger plots in their movies; all this movie is is Mary-Kate and Ashley playing spoiled twin girls who not only get a brand new convertible from their parents on their 16th birhtday, but also get their parents' permission to take a road trip to the Olympic Games with a few friends. Already, I couldn't relate to them. I think that's one problem with the twins' more recent acting: you can't relate to their characters. The Olsens are plenty talented and pretty, but I wish they'd stop using the same formula in their videos. They're either getting on a plane and shooting a movie in a new country or portray the same types of teenagers doing the same things in every movie. Don't get me wrong--I'll always be a fan, but not of these kinds of movies.
Rating: Summary: Oh my God ! Review: OH!THIS IS THE WORST MOVIE OF THE OLSEN IF YOU ARE A FAN OR YOU ARENT,DONT SEE IT DONT WAITS YOUR MONEY.YEAH IS REALLY THAT BAD.
Rating: Summary: Getting There Review: Since I'm a huge fan of Mary-Kate and Ashley, of course this movie was great! But even if I wasn't a fan of Mary-Kate and Ashley, I'd still think this movie was good. It's so funny, and interesting. Even if you're not an Olsen twin fan, I think you should buy it or rent it because it's a movie of never-ending laughter.
Rating: Summary: Not as good as their other movies. Review: I think MKA could use some new help making their movies / TV shows. The quality of their shows isn't what it used to be.
Rating: Summary: The boys act like they are on drugs, especially "Toast" Review: Why do Mary-Kate and Ashley feel they must hang out with stupid guys? I hated this movie because all the boys kept acting like they were on drugs. The character Toast is even named after the drug reference, "Toasted." He acts severely stoned and stupid the whole movie. Definitely not a cool movie. Also, why are they not wearing seat belts? Seriously bad film. Passport to Paris is by far their best.
Rating: Summary: Not Perfect, but there cool Review: I enjoyed this movie, as well as there other movies. I have been a fan for a long time and i completel respect the twins. But if you ask me, and i'm sure others have this opinion, i think the girls need to have a movie where things are a little bit more realistic. The girls always look perfect in every movie and tv series, but what about other girls who dont? I think they should make a movie, that will hit theaters, and have a more realistic theme. The girls are great actresses and i think they could make there acting careers bigger if they used there acting skills in movies people can relate to. I owuld love to see them in a movie like The Virgin Suicides or Anywhere But Here, those are real life situations, and i tink the girls would hve a better "grown up" impression if they acted in movies like these
