Summary: THIS MOVIE [IS BAD]!
Review: This was probably the worst movie ever. ALl of there movies are good except this, getting there, and winning london. DO NOT RENT THIS MOVIE! They are actually kind of mean to some kid because he doesn't work. so what!

Summary: The Movie That Defined a Generation
Review: When in Rome do what young billionaire semi-socialites do. Buy, buy, buy it. In this epic tale the Olson twins decide to buy Rome and turn it into San Francisco (or as I like to call it: the set of the best series ever to be on television- Full House). Hilarity and tomfoolery abound when the twins decide to start their own gladiator competition. Things get out of hand when DJ has to fight a tiger to the death, and receives an infection from a tiger bite. Who could possibly save the day? Uncle Joey of course. He always was the funniest man on television (sorry Danny Tanner!!). I would definitely recommend this DVD to my friends and enemies alike. That means you Peter, that means you!!

Summary: hmm....
Review: Yes, I am a fan of Mary Kate and Ashley and so of course I got this DVD. The movie was all right--certainly nothing outstanding, but fun enough to watch a few times if you really like the Olsens. After watching this, however, I am thinking that maybe the girls' biggest problem with their movies is putting everything together. Their ideas are good but they're all over the place. Ok, so the movie synopsis says that the Olsens' characters (Charli and Leila) get fired from their internships in Rome and are determined to find out why. But when they get fired, they put on the so-sad act for about three minutes and then they're all of a sudden completely ok, enjoying themselves in Rome with cute guys and the whole ordeal. They certainly don't act like two girls who just got unfairly fired. It just isn't put together very well. And who is going to believe that these real-life 16-year-old girls are portraying college interns???? I'm sorry, but this is one of the craziest things the Olsens have done. You can't be a 16-year-old pretending to be 20 in a movie. It just doesn't work. The girls are pretty mature and levelheaded in this movie, but they still don't pass for college girls jetting off to Rome for an internship.

Like I said, the movie is pretty good and Mary-kate's romance story is really sweet in it, and the video shots that they got of Rome are beautiful, but if you've seen the formula of Mary Kate and Ashley's movies (wild and trendy names, the newest fashions, cute boys, etc...), know that "When In Rome" is pretty much based upon the same lines. I will say that they're more grown up and mature than ever here; they're beautiful girls who seem to be growing up more and more with each movie that they film, and they're not quite as annoying as they were in movies like "Winning London" and "Getting There." So basically, they're growing up a lot, but everything else is pretty much the same as you've seen in their other videos. If you like that, then by all means go for this one.

Summary: not bad
Review: you have 2 girls who are interning in italy for a job in fashion. They meet boys, mess up their intership and have fun. This movie feels like something from the 1980's. Very mild and laid back. Nothing fancy or exciting, just mild. I think it's time for the olsen twins to change when it comes to their movie stories. This is good for teens who need good role models.

I will always admire them for staying so child like. You have to in a world like this.
