Summary: Very Good.
Review: Matthew Broderick's hit. The movie that made Matthew Broderick a star. Screw that, this is one of the best movies to come out of the 80s. Although little kids may not like it, its great for older kids and adults alike. Ever high school kid wants to fake sick, turn the principal into a buffoon, and go on a day of fun in the big city.

Ferris Bueller was a God in the movie and for a while, he was a God to kids all over America.

Summary: Ferris Bueller rocked the 80's
Review: Ferris Buelller was all an 80's kid wanted to be. He had charm, balls an luck. No one will forget the museum, twist and shout at the parade or the sports car being crashed at the end of the movie. Since the beginning, when Mathew Broderick is taking a shower and paraphrases John Lennon we know that this cynic is the real thing. He has a pretty girlfriend, he can fool his parents and can hide his frights about the upcoming future with wisecracks and style. This movie won't mean the same for a 90's or 2000's kid. It can't. But for all of us new wave and 80's teenagers will surely mean a lot. If you are in your 30s, buy it.

Summary: I could be the Walrus
Review: Ferris Bueller is by far the BEST John Hughes movie ever made. The entire movie has a zany and fun atmosphere, with the great Chicago skyline as a backdrop. This movie is a must have for any '80's 'coming of age' type-movie fan. The plot is simple... three high school friends ditch school for the day to see the sights in the big city and most importantly not get caught. You will find something to laugh at in every scene.

Summary: Bueller? Bueller?
Review: It doesn't matter how many times you watch this movie, you can't help but to laugh! I have seen it more times that I can begin to count! If ever you need a pick-me-up, or just something for fun, this is THE movie! Also if you love the city of Chigago, this has got some great scenery in it, and makes me homesick for there! This is one of Matthew Broderick's greatest. Even if you are not a fan of his, this is the movie that will make you one!

Summary: One of the most stylish comedies of all time!
Review: Where do I start?

Ferris Bueller's Day Off is one of the most brilliantly constructed films of all time, starting with the tight and witty script, the brilliant characters: Ferris, Cameron, Jeanie and the Bueller parents, and definitely Principal Edward Rooney.

The acting is great, with (let's face it, it's not Shakespeare, nonetheless) great comedic performaces and some marvellous directing.

Art direction as well, is so consistent to each character, with unique tendencies, tastes and styles which say so much about each character - Ferris a fan of the New Romantics, Sloane the "girly", Edwward Rooney, the loser driving a loser Chrysler...

And on top of that, a great soundtrack, with The Smiths, Human League, The english Beat and the unforgettable Yello's "Oh Yeah"...

This is the funniest, most unique and quintessential "youth" film you will ever see.

Watch it, buy it, keep it...

Summary: Classic 80's comedy
Review: Ferris Bueller (Matthew Broderick), his friend (Alan Ruck) and his girlfriend (Mia Sara) decide to skip school and head in town to Chicago and spend the day hanging out. Very funny, and has some classic lines like "Life moves so fast, sometimes you need to stop and check it out." Also stars Jeffrey Jones, Charlie Sheen, and Jennifer Grey.

Summary: I love Ferris
Review: I just wanted to say I have seen the movie a million times, and I never get sick of it. I love the cool music and the way the movie was just so 80's! If you haven't seen Ferris, you haven't lived.
