Summary: What happened?
Review: Yes, that is the question that I asked myself. The latest installment of the vacation movies is not smart or funny. Vegas Vacation VHS~ Chevy Chase is slow moving and who ever had the asinine idea of replacing the original kids with new actors? ; These guys simply do not cut it. The humor seems many times forced as if the director said, " hey come up with something funny or the audience will leave or fall asleep", and the only redeeming actor is Randy Quaid. It seems as if Chevy Chase sleepwalks through the entire movie; which should not be hard since he should know the role of Clarke Griswold by heart after having played it in the three previous movies. I must say that I was very disappointed and this is unfortunately not a vacation movie that is worth watching more then once (and this is painful enough).

Summary: Not Too Bad
Review: yes, Chevy chase is getting old, and yes this wasn't as good as the other three, but on it's own, It is HILARIOUS! Watching clark Lose all his money is Very funny, especially with the Dealer(Wallace Shawn. that guy was a riot, And rusty getting the Fake I.D. and winning 4 cars was funny as well. The "Alone Day" sequence had me rolling on the floor, especially at the end where Clark says he can do a lot of stuff on his own in Las Vegas, and then promplty turns his pockets inside out. if you are a fan of the Vacation series, watch it. If you Love Las Vegas, watch it. you won't be dissapointed

Summary: It's just like the others!
Review: My friend and I saw this movie in the theater and we both liked it. Chevy Chase and Beverly D' Angelo are in it, different actors for Rusty and Audre, and set in Las Vegas. Okay, the first one was funny, the second one was lame, the third one was hilarious, and this fourth one had the same jokes from the others. I mean why do they make sequels where they have the same old lines from the first? That's kind of dumb. If I made sequels I wouldn't put in the same script or NOT make the sequel. It would be pretty cool if they made a fifth one but I think they made enough to Vacation. Please, no more sequels! I do like all of the Vacation movies but it's about not to be funny anymore.

Summary: Not as good as previous Vacations
Review: If you enjoying seeing Las Vegas in films, then check this out since they film the movie all around Las Vegas. Not as many laughs compared to the other vacations, but worth checking out. Wayne Newton was great as himself in the movie and as usual, Randy Quaid was the man.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Not as good as its predecessors, yet funny and entertaining.
Review: While National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation remains the funniest of the entire series, Vegas Vacation has a lot of laughs that is sure to please its audiences. This time, Clark, Ellen, Rusty and Audrey are off to Las Vegas, where Clark plans on renewing his wedding vows to Ellen. However, the inevitable temptation to gamble becomes too much for Clark, and he begins to squander all of his money, delving into his savings. Meanwhile, his wife is being courted by Wayne Newton, his son is posing as a married man from Uma, and his daughter becomes a club dancer. And what would a vacation movie be without good ol' cousin Eddie, played by the hilarious Randy Quaid? This time, he's living in a mobile home on a former H-bomb test site, and he offers his help to Clark after he loses all of his money. While it is clear that some of the laughs are missed from th previous films, this one does not fail to please, giving more laughs than you would think and keeping the entertainment alive.

Summary: This movie is GREAT!
Review: This movie is GREAT! I've watched it at least a dozen times and liked it so much I created a Las Vegas web site. Now if I only could afford to get Chevy Chase to do an ad for it, Lol. The movie does a great job of showing the sights and sounds of Vegas.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Just like the other Vacation movies, Great Laughs!
Review: This was such a funny movie, as all the Vacation movies are. Randy Quaid was fantastic as usual. I think the funniest part of this movie was when the Griswald kid got the fake ID and all the high rollers thought he was one of them! It's a movie you can enjoy many times over!

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Vegas rolls big!
Review: I have seen many negative reviews for this film, and my response is that you are not paying attention to the acting. Maybe the script was kinda weak, however, the acting was superior. Go back and watch this film and pay attention! Chevy Chase is a comedic genius! He has more facial expressions than the best of them. Randy Quaid is just dynamite as well. This is a great comedy! Viva Las Vegas!
