Summary: Vegas Vaction - the best of the series
Review: Dennis Quaid played a masterful role in this the best of the Griswold series, as the zany in law. The entire cast is tremendous as well as the appearance of Wayne Newton cameo...
This film is old but it is timeless, clips of Vegas are excellent, and the music is appropriate thoughout....2 thumbs up

Summary: 3 Stars For "Vegas"
Review: I have never really been a big Chevy Chase fan, however I accidentally stumbled upon this movie when it aired on tv and enjoyed it so much that I bought it on DVD. Chevy Chase is moderately funny in this movie, however at times his humor can be a little predictable and annoying. But it's the other characters in the movie that made it more memorable. Randy Quaid had a small part in this movie and was probably the most comical and entertaining of all the characters.

Summary: This is my dam review!
Review: Either the film makers are getting tired of the "Vacation" movies, or the writers. This movie is on par with the other "Vacation" movies, but barely. It does have "Holiday Road" which hasn't been heard since the first one.
The Griswolds go to Las Vegas this time. They see the Hoover Dam ("Take all the dam pictures you want") and Clark loses all his money with gambling. Rusty gets lucky and wins 4 cars. Wayne Newton woos Hellen, but fails.
Let's hope the next "Vacation" movie is better.

Summary: Hilarious, a movie that you will want to watch over and over
Review: I laughed my head off when I watched this movie for the first time in theatres, and now I have the DVD. I really like to watch this movie before me and my family take a vacation to Vegas. It gets you into the vegas mood.

Summary: SMILE KID YOUR IN VEGAS
Review: When Calrk Griswold puts his mind to something-we soon realize
he hasn't got one.
Still-nothing stops him when the vacation bug hits.
This time-he's chosen Las Vegas-the new family enterainment capital of America!

Chevy Chase returns as bubbly-bumbling Clark in Vegas Vacation-
a jokers-are-wild laughfest including two other stars from past vacations.

Beverly D'Angelo is back as wife Ellen-doting on the guy she calls "Sparky"-and Randy Quaid again delights as grubby goofball
Eddie.

Ethan Embry(That Thing You Do!)and screen-debuting Marisol Nichols are Griswold teens who love the round the-round-the-clock nightlife-as long as they don't share it with Mom and Dad!

From Siegfried and Roy's extravaganza to a Hoover Dam tour-from
cruising to losing(Wallace Shawn as a shifty blackjack dealer)
to amorous crooning(Wayne Newton falls for Ellen):watch Clark try to keep family and wallet together!

A WINNER!THIS
FOURTH VACATION IS
CLEARLY THE BEST!

Review: In the genra of the three stooges, animal house, blues brothers, etc... this movie won't dissapoint.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: OK Sequel To The Original Hit.
Review: The idea of the Griswolds going on vacation to Las Vegas is pretty stupid...but the result of the movie actually isn't half bad, and it's very watchable. I think that the supporting cast had trouble getting their acts together...but Chevy Chase really went straight, and got funnier and funnier throughout the movie. The quotes in this movie unfortunely are more dumb then the original jokes...like "Monkeys down your pants" types of things...it's almost like a 7-year old wrote the screenplay.

Summary: A underrated comedy
Review: I don't see where are all the negative reviews are coming from, this movie was great!I wasn't a big fan of the National Lampoon series but one day I caught this movie on cable and I couldn't stop laughing.I ran out and bought it, I love this movie!Chevy Chase as Clark losing all their money gambling, Beverly D'Angelo as Ellen being wooed by Mr.Entertainment Wayne Newton. The kids in this film were wonderful also.Randy Quaid reprising his role as Cousin Eddie, at the $1.00 something buffet is too funny. If you want to just have fun watching a movie for 2 hours then this is the right movie for you.

Summary: Viva Vegas Vacation!
Review: This is the funniest movie in the Vacation series since the original. The Griswolds decide that their children are grown up enough for them to visit Sin City. Since they happen to be staying at the Mirage, they naturally go to see Siegfried and Roy's magic act. Of course, Clark (Chevy Chase) gets picked out of the audience to participate with an illusion on stage. They make him disappear until the end of the show, when he appears on stage with the white tigers. Later, they go to see Mr. Vegas - Wayne Newton - in concert. Of course, Clark's wife Ellen (Beverly D'Angelo) gets picked out of the audience to sing a duet with Wayne. Clark's son Rusty buys a fake I.D. from a Frank Sinatra soundalike, and becomes an underage high roller. Clark's daughter Audrey learns to become a go-go dancer, and along the way meets a couple of the guys from Beatlemania, who inform her that they've been together longer than the real Beatles! It's hard to believe that they didn't run into any Elvis impersonators in Vegas. Fortunately, the Griswolds do run into cousin Eddie (Randy Quaid) and his cuckoo clan who have moved to Nevada. Even Christie Brinkley is back for a brief cameo. If you're looking for some laughs, it's a safe bet you'll find them watching "Vegas Vacation!"
