Summary: Funny as Hell!!!
Review: I saw this movie the first day it came out and let me you, I got a headache I was laughing so hard, this movie was hilarious. Not better than the first two, it's about the same. I thought David Zucker did a good job with this movie for not doing the first two. He kept the original feel of the first two, which was another thing I liked.A lot of funny spoofs especially Matrix Reloaded, Ring, and Signs, very creative, I loved em. Charlie Sheen and Anna Faris were pretty funny in this too....

Summary: it was alright i guess
Review: the fact that m-max made it pg-13 ... me off. the jokes were nothing but kid jokes. when i went and saw it in the theature, there were all little kids in there talking, so my experience ...leslie neilson and anthony anderson saved the movie with their funny one liners and halarius acting. I think they should have tried to make it R so it would have had better jokes, and would have been like the others. The wayans brothers are better at making the scary movie, movies, that m-max. What happened wayans? m-max cant make ...

Summary: No Waynes, no winner!
Review: Trying as hard as possible to humor myself, just to make it worth the money to get in, I realized it is pointless to fight the lameness that accompanied this film. This movie lacked the extremities that pushed scary movie and it's sequel over the edge into new territoy. Haunted by the usual clichés of any comedy sequel, the cast in SM3 did not seem choice for delivering the one punch lines as well as the previous. Scenes streched and tired easily. Mazin and Profit, although trying to follow the Wayne's examples set in the first to films of the franchise, seem to lack the grotesque and random nature of the original writers that made scary movie unique from other comedy spoofs. In my opinion, Scary Movie 3 was a horrible end to what could have been a great trilogy.

Summary: Better than the second but not as good as the first.
Review: While it's better than the second film, it's not as successful with its jokes as the first. The first film was good because it spoofed the self-parody horror films of the late 90's, and it really was funny with all its jokes in toll. The third is funny as well but it misses a lot it its jokes more than it hits. Maybe its time to put an end to this franchise and focus on more funny fare, but with the currant state of horror movies now, I will not be surprise if Scary Movie 4 come out. Let's hope that it's as least as funny as this one or better

Summary: Terrible, Unfunny
Review: Caught this earlier today during a matinee and would love to have my time & money back! I loved the first 2 films which were incredibly funny in their biting satire and adult oriented take on films. This time we are offered up a boring mishmash of nothing but overused and dumb pratfalls. Gone is the drug references and nudity, so instead we get 80 minutes of nothing but people either getting smacked, hit or falling down. It is just so boring. The likes of Leslie Nielsen & George Carlin are wasted and the Wayans Bros. are sorely missed. Anna Faris returns as the fun Cindy and Brenda is THE best character. So what do they do? Why kill off Brenda (the funniest) early on in the film. Guess Regina Hall could sense this was a stinker and wanted out as soon as possible. The 8 Mile rap take-off was just painful to watch and Anthony Anderson is moan inducing with his scenes. The aliens are so cheap looking that I don't know if it was done on purpose or what. The Zuckers (famous for Airplane) have given us a cheap knockoff that is unfunny and frustrating. That talentless hack Kevin Smith is given a co-writing credit, so that explains volumes.

Summary: The funniest movie I have ever seen
Review: If you really want to go see a good movie in theatres, go see Scary Movie 3. You will laugh your head off at this movie. Now, don't think this movie will be bad because it has a PG-13 rating, because it still has pretty crude humor, and all that other good stuff that was in the other movies. Fans of The Ring, Signs, 8 Mile, and the Matrix Reloaded will get a big kick out of this. I like this movie because they put in the funny parts at just the right time, and it is just flat out funny. If you will give this movie a try I guarantee you will love it! (I will be reviewing the dvd the day it hits stores.)

Summary: I only laughed a few times
Review: Looks like this was basically a spoof of The Ring. The jokes were real silly and not very funny.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: I must be one of the others
Review: I must have been one of the other people that likes what others do (as mentioned above in another review), because i found this movie hilarious from the start to the end! The PG-13 rating does not stop the movie from keeeping you laughing with jokes that young kids may not get (ahem the donut scene WAS hilarious).

I reccomend anyone to go see this unless you are an uptight person looking to criticize it to death, because then you probably wont enjoy it...or life for that matter.

I give it a solid A...for AGAIN AGAIN!

Summary: Hilarious!
Review: While nobody will ever accuse anyone associated with any of the Scary Movie series of writing and creating high-brow humor, this has got to be one of the funniest "takeoff" series of all time.

As with the fist two movies, this one is all about the spoof - and the list of movies is long. Based primarily on a combination of "Signs" and "The Ring", this movie also spoofs "8 Mile", "The Others", and more.

There are few movies out there that have an entire (and packed) theater screaming with laughter, but this one does the trick. Don't go expecting any sort of academic enlightenment - just go to laugh.

PS - While the Wayans brothers were not involved with this 3rd installment in the series, Zucker's fresh and hilarious take will not leave you missing them at all.

Summary: you will laugh your head off!!
Review: in the movie ,scary movie 3, there are just a bunch of parodies, but they all somehow tie into eachother, which makes the movie so funny, this is probablly the movie i have laugh the most at since the 2nd scary movie, but i think that 3, although stupid with a strange plot is the best one. there are parodies of the ring, signs, 8 mile, and the others. to really understand some of the comedy you would have to have seen the movies it's making fun of, and some of the comedy is just plain bad, not like the acting sucks, or alot of language, it's just reallt bad, like there's a part with the kkk, michael jackson's wrong doings, but sometimes the "bad" comedy can be funny. as the movie goes on it gets stupider and stupider, but funnier at the same time. i can't really tell you the plot of the movie without ruining it for you, but i will tell you that this is most likey the funniest movie ever. with all the 8 mile scenes, signs, and the ring, they evn get to add a little bit of the others into it, but most of the plot is the ring and signs. get ready to laugh like crazy. scary movie 3 is an 80 something minute laugh ride that seems like it lasts longer....i urge you to run to your nearest theatre and see scar movie 3.
