Summary: pure 1960 s fuzz-vision.
Review: being a child of the 70 s.I was always plummeted by this kind of cinema on saturday afternoons man it really brought me back the best

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: My favorite MST3K episode
Review: There were worse movies than Eegah on the show (Manos, Batwoman) but this was, to me, the funniest episode. No slow, unfunny moments in the movie theater and the sketches were all pretty good. I especially liked the primitive caveman Eegah pulling the unconscious Roxy from Arch Hall Jr.'s jeep (Archie's here!) and being sure to put her purse on his arm to take it with them. Great stuff.

Summary: Watch Out For Snakes!
Review: Joel and the Bots rip into this Acid-Trip-Put-On-Film called Eegah! This movie is so awful that words can't describe it. Some whiny chick named Roxy runs over Eegah, then Roxy, her dad, and her oily boyfriend try to find him. Eegah falls in love with Roxy (yeah.....right!!) and manages to track her down in 1960's California. There are some wildy inappropriate musical numbers, horrific editing, an even more horrific script, and plenty of cheese to go around.

Summary: Great Episode.
Review: This was the first episode of MST3K I ever saw. I was blown away, and have been a fan ever since; even though my cable company never got Comedy Central (until MST3K left of course). A hysterical episode; watch out for snakes!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The Cheesiest!
Review: I suppose it's kind of stupid to give this movie five stars, as it has to be one the worst I've ever seen. But if you like cheesy movies, this is a treat! Everything from the laughably cheap props to gorgeously lurid cinematography - this movie has it all. And the hero (Arch Hall, Jr. - relation to Rich?) even sings! (ecch!)

As always, Joel & the 'bots add to the fun. This is one of my favorite MST3K epsiodes.

Summary: MST3K rules!
Review: A truly awful movie that deserves to get the MST3K treatment. Arch Hall Jr. stars along with his dad (who acts in this movie under the name William Waters and directed it under the name Nicholas Merriwether). Archies girlfriend nearly runs over the giant Richard Keil and they go out and try to find him. Needless to say things go from bad to worse. With atrocious acting, god-awful musical interludes, and the silliest plot this side "The Brain that Wouldn't Die", this is a must for any MST fan.

Summary: If you are a MST 3K fan, you'll love this blast from past!!!
Review: Eegah, the caveman! Starring Arch Hall Jr and Richard Kiel, aka 'JAWS', with a very very special guest appearance from the man who brought you: The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed Up Zombies, none other than Ray Dennis Steckler. I am used to Mike Nelson, It was weird to see Joel Hodgson instead. But the show is a funny ride. Eegah is a funny movie to be made fun of.

Summary: One of the best episodes
Review: Looking more like a student film, "Eegah" was perfect fodder for Joel and the 'bots, and they did not disappoint. From the opening sequence to the swimming pool fiasco, there is not a minute that goes by without a laugh. Richard Kiel is perfectly cast for his looks, but his acting is wide open to attack. And Arch Hall, Jr. as the lovelorn teenager is a hoot--unintentionally. My favorite moment comes when he sings for his beloved Roxy, and Joel and 'bots chant "Eegah! Do bonk-bonk on head!"

Summary: Eeyuck
Review: EEGAH is a wretchedly amateurish retelling of the Beauty and the Beast story. Written, directed and starring the notorious Arch Hall, Jr. it features wooden acting (mainly by Hall), a preposterous script and a smattering of terrible songs (totally Hall.) EEGAH stars Richard ("Jaws") Kiel in the title role, clad in a side split single strap skirt and hidden behind a ZZ Top beard.
EEGAH is just awful, and I wouldn't give it any stars if not for the dead-canary-in-the-coal-mine comments on the dvd jacket. The publicists call EEGAH one of those "rare existential movies" that is "really an avant-garde classic."
Some bored French intellectual is going to watch this discount dvd and cry 'eureka.' They'll write an article in a publication you can't afford shoveling praise as high as an elephant's rump on a movie you haven't seen. The earth will stand still for a moment, Arch Hall, Jr. will become yet another secular saint and you'll be behind the curve yet again.
EEGAH can be had today for less than the price of a cup of iced latte. After he's 'discovered' the only edition will be a $50 Criterion Collection edition with commentary tracks by Quentin Tarantino and Martin Scorcese. Do you really want that to happen?

Summary: My Favorite Episode - EEGAH!
Review: The fact that Richard Kiel played a prehistoric caveman that be found in a cave surrounded by sand dunes is funny enough. As usual, MST3K found great angles in Eegah. I hate writing reviews and giving things away, but when that ugly kid sings to his girlfriend "I Love You Vickie" and Joel and the bunch start howling like dogs on the high parts - you just feel that laughter and pain rush come on like every great episode.
A must own!
