Summary: I don't agree withe the first reviewer
Review: The movie Austin Powers 2 The Spy That Shagged me is very funny . I saw it five times and am not sick of it yet. I am going to bye . This one was funnier than the first one ( I own it too) which was prety funny. I have watched the first one about one thousand times and still think it is funny. This movie is definitely worth buying.

Summary: Oh Behave!
Review: This movie was ten times funnier then the first. I loved the Dr. Evil rocket scenes. Mini-me and Fat Bastard topped the movie off to make it even funnier.

Summary: Too Hilarious For Words
Review: I didn't particularly like the first Austin Powers movie and I was skeptical of Austin Powers 2. My friends made me go and I laughed so much my sides ached. I went three times before I was too embarrased to walk up to the ticket box:-) A must see.

Summary: NOT QUITE A FAILURE, but...
Review: Shaguar. Minime. Felicity Shagwell. Mojo. All those new different items that director Jay Roach has added to the sequel of the famous spy film satire don't make it extraordinary. In order for a continuation to be as commendable as the original piece a director has to contemplate every possible flaw the outcome might have. And even though 'Austin Powers2' collected about three times as much bucks in America as the first 'Austin', it's mainly due to the way it was brought up: Madonna crooning 'Beautiful Stranger', Kravitz with his 'American Woman', the presentation of the 1999 MTV video awards (Dr. Evil speaking with the host) e.t.c. The overwhelming success of the flick cannot be because of creativeness, or acting, or even wit... Generally, the film is stylish. Its retrospective glance back at the happy sixties does make the viewer fell sorry for the boring nineties. The colorful streets, the never-ending dances, the revealing clothes and groovy haircuts seem quite appealing. The plot begins in the nineties though, where (or when) Austin finds out that Liz Hurley is a machine. Her fifteen-seconds role consists of standing up from bed, then making two little shotguns pop out of her, um, breasts, and nearly destroy Austin Powers. To tell the gyst of the rest of the movie is impossible because there's just the vague theme, zigzagging through entanglements of miscellaneous parts of other movies like 'Die Hard', 'Mission Impossible', 'Crimson Tide' and 'The Rock' (where a weapon is also aimed at a city, only from an island, not from a moon). 'The Spy Who Shagged Me' strongly resembles an older parodie with Leslie Nielsen called 'Spy Hard'. Only at first I thought Spy Hard was bad... Basically, Austin Powers 2 is just the brilliant Mike Myers, and if it weren't for him doing three different roles (Dr. Evil, the Fat Bastard and Austin) the film would've been a complete failure. Its jokes are lame. Minime is a sad little dude. It's missing the beautiful Hurley, the original scenario, and even though the sudden appearance of the president of USA played by Robbins does surprise, the strong lack of innovation dims the gay tones of blissful sixties.

Summary: A GREAT Laugh Out Loud Movie!!
Review: This was the funniest movie I saw all year! From the beginning of the movie until the credits you will be laughing non-stop! This is a movie that you just can't pass up! A must have for any true lover of comedies!

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Very Disappointing
Review: When I've seen this movie at cinema everybody was laughing but me; I felt very bad! Probably I wasn't in the right mood. I mean, I love slapstick comedies, and I've liked the first Austin Power, but this is nothing compared. The storyline is nonsense, there is no clue beetween scenes and a lack of originality. However I'm looking forward for the next Mike Myer's movie.

Summary: Very Groovy Baby!
Review: I think that this movie is the best of all time! I think everyone should get this movie, the best and funniest I've ever seen. Even though I'm a kid, adults will love it too. You should also see Austin Powers 1, the second best.
