Review: This movie was good but it definently could have been better. First of all "Paris" wouldnt have dumped her NBA all star boy friend for someone like alvin, who by the way ditched her and treated her like trash after he was popular. Its a classic moneys got nothing to do with it movie, and i like that, but there were some flaws. Overall i would give this movie a 4 1/2, The Trailor either makes it look really good to some people or really bad. I thought it was very good. Worth buying, but if not sure go rent it.

Review: This movie was really good! Awesome re-make of can't buy me love. Definently a movie to watch when your home alone on a saturday night with no date and feeling depressed. If you didnt like it when you saw it, see it again! Cause i loved it!

Review: This Remake, like most remakes, did not live up to its original. The original movie, Can't Buy Me Love was much better filmwise and the acting was better than Love Don't Cost a Thing. In trying to update the movie they took away some details that would have made the movie flow more easily and connect scene to scene. If you really want to see a movie with better acting, better directing and better storyline that even includes a message that is sent to the audience in a very interesting way the skip this flick and rent the first one!

Review: You'll actually wish you were being subjected to the original, which at least was a mildly charming film with some genuine performances -- in it's day. The movie almost plays like an extended infomercial for all things Puffy. Often rowdy and uproarious, the film also has a suprising depth and subtext. The cast is uniformly high spirited and attractive, and Ms.Beyer's direction, apart from a few over-weighted Wellesian camera angles, is functional. I would not recommend seeing this movie.
