Summary: American Pie 2- BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL
Review: I recently saw a test screening of American Pie 2 this weekend, I signed a confidentiality statement so I cant give the plot away but I will tell you this.

IT'S FUNNIER THAN THE ORIGINAL!

More fun, More Heart, More Romance, More Sex (Lesbian Sex too), More Laughs, More Poop jokes than the original. And yes, MORE EUGENE LEVY!

Everything that made the first Pie so good is made even better in this movie. And it's a tear jerker too....

Bring on the Pie, I'm ready for another slice!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Very, very funny!
Review: Well I got to see this movie in production and its un-edited version - however, this is still one of the funniest movies I have seen all year. If you thought no sequel could ever live up to the original, you're wrong. American Pie 2, is far superior and much more fun. Watch out for the return of Nadia and Jim's trip to band camp!

Summary: Awful
Review: Maybe the worst movie i've ever seen. Boring, very TALENTLESS actors, and bad jokes. Primitive film for primitive people.

Review: "Finch, fist yourself"

"The continuing bawdy adventures of a group of friends reuniting after their first year of college."

James B. Rogers, who has worked as a Second Unit Director or Assistant Director on The Puppet Masters, Poison Ivy, 3 Ninja's, Dumb and Dumber, Kingpin, Beverly Hills Ninja, There's Something About Mary, American Pie, and Me, Myself & Irene, takes the lead director role for American Pie 2. Rogers does a fabulous job in my opinion. American Pie 2 does not have the same depth in story as the original, however, like most comedy sequels, it focuses more on the characters (see Meet the Fockers).

Instead of focusing on the story, American Pie 2 in focusing on the characters ends up being funnier then the original. I will not say I enjoyed it more then the original, I would say they are equally as good. A key aspect to this movie is the return of all the characters. Even the characters with bit parts reappear in the sequel. Also the small story lines continue from one movie to the other.

I definitely liked how some characters stories just continued where they left off in the original, while other characters from the first film have to move on in their lives to new things and interest due to how the first movie ended. I think Rogers did a very good job of making this movie his own, while continuing the story of the characters.

I would strongly recommend viewing this movie if you liked the first one. If you liked the first, and have not seen this one, I can say you should feel confident buying this film even if you have not seen American Pie 2. If you do not know if you like this series, I would say watch the original first, as this brand of comedy is not for everyone.

Summary: Great.....but the first is always better
Review: I'm not going to bore you by going into every detail (unlike some reviewers) as to why this movie is so funny, but you just have to trust me when I tell you that it is very hilarious! The situations these guys get into are even worse than the first! I'm probably only speaking for females here, but the lesbian scene I could have definitely done without. Although Jim and Stifler making out was pretty great! LOL :)

Review:
AP2 is definetly better than the original AP. By now everyone already knows the plot of AP2 and either loves it or hates it so I won't get into describing what the movie is about. I'm going to review the dvd (Collectors Edition, Full Screen) in itself. I have to say that the extras on it are fantastic. I especially loved the commentary by Mena Suvari (Heather), Jason Biggs (Jim) and Thoman Ian Nicholas (Kevin). This is the first time I've ever heard commentary in a movie that I've enjoyed. It's great to hear the actors comment and tease eachother on their work in such a fun, light hearted way. I kept laughing throughout the whole thing. However, the commentary by Eddie Kaye Thomas (Finch) was extremely boring and pointless. It felt like watching a movie in the theater with someone making random comments every 20 minutes. In other words, his commentary was mostly looooong lapses of silence and then he'd say something random. Maybe the problem was that Eddie did the commentary by himself, maybe if they'd put him with another actor it would've been more lively. It would've been nice if they'd put him with Alyson Hannigan (Michelle) and Sean William Scott (Stifler).
The outakes were hilarious and making of the second pie was even funnier, you can see how much fun the cast had making this together. Great DVD. Get it.

Summary: REVIEW ON BENEATH THE CRUST.
Review: Im glad they released this because it shows the deleted scenes they didnt want us to see, including one where Stifler's dad comed to see them, and where Kevin's girl friend cheats on him. Its great to see the stuff they took out, so buy it.

Summary: Terrible movie. Don't waste your time
Review: I watched American Pie 1 and really liked it. But this one totally sucks. Tasteless, not funny at all. Don't waste your time on this piece of junk.

Summary: If not for Stiffler......
Review: Well the loveable losers are back. This time they are on summer break after their first year of college. They all go back home and are trying to make sense of things like what has changed and what hasn't. Oz is still the sensitive one, Jimbo is still the idiot, and Stiffler, who carried all three of these films is in rare form.

(...)
The one dude who is clearly the biggest geek of all. I can't even remember his character's name. He's the one who got the 'Bible' from the library. Well he's all concerned about his ex being just a friend now. This guy is just nausiating to watch. He's twice as pathetic as anyone in the movie.

Finch by the way learns Tai-Chi and finally gets Stiffler's mom in the car.
