Summary: Just what Drew's best at!
Review: This movie was fantastic. Dispite being dragged by my little sister, (22 year old guys such as myself don't often admit to liking this kind of movie) But I had to swallow my pride and admit it. It made me cry, made me laugh, and made me fall in love with Drew. Just like Ever After did, and just like the Wedding Singer did. She really is something special. You'll love this movie.

I would also like to add that I'm a graphic design major and I thought the intro and ending credits were really cool. Whoever did them. -Nice!

Summary: It was absolutely fabulous!
Review: This movie was funny and entertaining from the very beginning. No one could have played Josie better than Drew Barrymore. She was great. Michael Vartan was incredible as the very lovable, love stricken english teacher. David Arquette was hilarious! I thoroughly enjoyed this movie.

Summary: the best movie i've ever seen!
Review: Never Been Kissed was definately the best movie I've ever seen. Not only did it have a great choice of actors and actresses who were perfect for their parts, but it was the best story I've ever heard. I would watch it over and over and over for the rest of my life if I could. There is nothing that could be better about it, in my opinion!

Summary: Who says there's no chemistry or real love in this world?
Review: Contrary to the main review, Never Been Kissed is full of chemistry. Sure it's a formula movie, but isn't that a refreshing break from some of the all-too-real graphic movies that have been hitting the screen? This is a modern fairy tale, and you've got to approach it as one or you will think you're too good for it.

Having said that, what makes the film run is first: Drew Barrymore's totally believable character. If you've ever been on the high school margins and then bloomed a little later in life, you can appreciate Josie's situation. But even more beautiful than Josie's personal change is the obvious respect that exists between Josie and Sam Coulson (Michael Vartan) -- congratulations to Drew Barrymore for fighting to get Vartan on this cast, because it's been a long time since I saw an actor on the screen who actually appears genuinely interested in, supportive of, and attracted (in a very pure way) to a woman. Someone should give him a huge pay raise for pulling off the part. I second a previous review about "the look of love in their eyes" -- that's the way a woman wants to be looked at, like this man totally respects her for her intelligence, charm and kindness. It's a perfect contrast to the pettiness of Josie's high school crowd and demonstrates how much we can mature once we've danced at our own prom and moved on in life.

Now someone just needs to let us all know when Vartan is going to be in another film!

Summary: Great movie, great lead actress.
Review: Never Been Kissed a sweet, funny movie about a real character in an unreal situation. Josie Gellar is such a believable character, and Drew Barrymore does a great job playing her. The movie is basically about social politics and how easy it is to be shunned. It's a great movie and I HIGHLY reccomend it, especially for those with lower self esteem.

Summary: A funny portayal of real life
Review: This is hilarious movie which I believe to basically, finally bring out how life is in high school. Though put at an odd lightit gives council which most movies don't even try to relate. Definately watch it. It's a kick!

Summary: Great movie, very romantic!
Review: This movie just put a smile on my face at the end! I love to see two people come together and I am a softy for romantic comedies! When the music plays at the end "Don't Worry Baby... everything will turn out alright," it's just beautiful to see the love in their eyes. Fun to watch - Enjoy it!

Summary: She's not Josie Grossie anymore
Review: For anyone who has ever felt left out as a teenager or just didn't allow themselves to believe that their dreams would come true, Never Been Kissed is their kind of movie. It tells the story of a twenty-five year old journalist who for one semester has to pretend to be a senior in high school. All the horrors of her childhood are relived as she is treated the same way she was eight years ago. Her only allies are the nerdiest girl in school and her handsome English teacher, who is secretly drawn to the charming Josie Gellar. This movie has the absolute best ending! Don't miss it!
