Summary: GREAT LITTLE KNOWN FILM
Review: Like most everyone else on this site, I was surprised by how good this movie is. It may look like all the other teen films at the moment, but with the sound turned up on the tv--one begins to truly relate to most of the cast. Kirsten Dunst is at her best since Interview with the Vampire, and that song she sings towards the end made me fall in love with her presence. I thought the main guy (sorry no name) was great as well. From the commentary, the filmmakers state that the main actor normally hates these types of movies, but that led him to act real in this teeny bopper world. I could not agree more. Martin Short was very funny as well, but I think the true appeal with this film is depite a few teeny bopper jokes that could easily have been supplemented into a dozen films of this nature--its heart and emotion rings true and this is why I feel years from now, people will be citing this as one of the great films that went away too quickly. Rack this up on your shelf next to Overnight Delivery.

Review: If you like Kirsten Dunst you will certainly like this movie in which she is co-starring with Ben Foster. It is also starring Melissa Sagemiller, Mila Kunis(That 70's Show), Colin Hanks, Martin Short, Shane West(Dracula 2000), and singing sensation Sisqo. With special appearences by Vitamin C and Carmen Electra. This movie is totally funny you'll enjoy it all the way through so I suggest you buy it for a very good time. It's the best movie!!!!

Summary: Get over it is better then I thought!!!
Review: I wanted to see this when it was in the theatre's,but I never got the chance, and though I wasn't sure if it would even be any good I still ended up renting it the first day it came out on video!!! But I started watching it and it was kinda weird when Berke(Ben Forster)was walking down the street after being dumped by Allison. Why? Because Vitamin C is behind him singing and then a WHOLE parade starts!!! Its pretty funny... Anyways its not like most teeny bopper movies allthough I certainly could have down without those two topless scnes, but ah well... Its a very cute and halarious movie. Berke get's dumped by his girlfriend of 1 and 1/2 years she said that "The feeling was gone." ahaha... Anyways he's crushed and he can't get over her(WELL DUH),and so when he spots her at a club with another guy from a boyband dancing and making out he get's mad with jealousy and when he finds out they are both trying out for their schools production of "A Midnight Summer's Dream" and so Berke decides to tryout. And so the story only goes UP^ from their. It get's quite harlarious and is worth repeated watchings,IF you like teeny bopper movies, but even if you don't you still might like this one!!! Kirsten DUnst is charming as Kelly and I really though that Shane West was playing a gay guy posing as a straight guy!!! The ONLY thing I didn't like about this movie was the sappiness, the thing that made "Pretty in pink" such a GOOD Teeny Bopper movie is that it didn't really have any sappy scenes in it!!! But this movie is hilarious so it makes up for all the sappy scenes!!! hehe Well *enjoy* God Bless ~Amy

Summary: Great Movie
Review: I was pleasantly suprised with this movie. It didn't do well in the box office and when I saw it, I thought it should have done better. It's different then the "teen" movies. It has the play "A Midsummer's Night Dream" in it. The DVD offers quite a bit of extras which is always good. I would recommend this movie and wish it did better in the theaters

Summary: Get Over It
Review: It was humors from time to time but no substantial periods of time in the 86 minute movie was it always funny. Since the cast included Martin Short, the viewer new there was going to be a little bit of humor to it but not much. The idea and the way gone about making a Shakespeare play into a musical was interesting and at points during the actual performance of the play, it was very humours, although it was not very frequent.

Summary: Suprisingly Entertaining
Review: I work at a library and I am the resident movie buff. So I often get recruted to take home new movies so I can advise people whether or not they are worth their time. I was very suprised with how enjoyable this movie is. It's not as a typical teen comedy as I thought it was going to be. The acting was very good, this is one of my favorite performances by Martin Short, and the flow is nice, too. Even the songs in it are highly entertaining. Maybe the best part was watching pop superstar Sisqo ask like a goofball for most of the movie. I'll definatly recommend this movie to patrons looking for a light, fun comedy.

Summary: Kirsten Dunst rocks it like a hurricane
Review: Yeah, I agree with some of the stuff I've read that says Ben Foster may not have been the most ideal guy to play the lead in this movie, but with solid performances by Kirsten Dunst, Martin Short, and the majority of the cast, this quirky, teen romance isn't as bad as some people are making it out to be. The DVD features some cool extras and there were several times during the movie I found myself laughing out loud. Also, you get to hear Kirsten sing a couple of songs too, so, hey, it can't be that bad. If you like Kirsten Dunst or are looking for a good teen date-type movie, give Get Over It a try.

Summary: ... NOT THAT BAD AT ALL
Review: After seeing previews, trailers and cheesy commercials for "Get Over It!", I thought this was going to be another cheesy attempt to make a few bucks off of us teens. I was right... but the movie did turn out to be pretty good. Trust me, it could have been a heck of a lot worse. Kirsten Dunst gives off great screen presence and Martin Short steals the show as an overly dramatic Theatre teacher. Kirsten was simply beautiful and she had me swooning when she was singing for the school play. (Not to mention the great scene of her in a bikini at the pool. Ouch). Worth watching at least once.
