Rating: Summary: When I get Nervous I Stick My Hands......... Review: Another Saturday Night Live skit brought to life on the Big Screen. Remaining very faithful to the character, this was a very funny movie. Shannon, Farrell and Williams steal the show. Though not as funny as Night at the Roxbury, it is worth a gander.

Rating: Summary: can't express my disgust in words Review: uggggggggggggggh this has to be THE most disgusting movie ever made. I hated Molly Shanon, I hated the hero, I hated the dialogue and by the end I was ready to bang my head against the wall. had to watch a couple of my fav. ones like clueless and braveheart to wash away its nasty effects. I am really surprised at the film makers. WHAT IN GOD'S NAME WERE THEY THINKING OF!
Rating: Summary: Funniest Movie Ever Review: Superstar has got to be one of my favoritest movies of all time. There are great comedy scenes with Mary and a tree that are just hilarious. This movie stars one of the funniest people in the whole world...Molly Shannon aka Mary Katherine Gallagher! This is a great movie for the whole family and I would recommend this move to everyone who needs a good laugh!
Rating: Summary: Good on it's own merits, even better if you're Catholic Review: This movie is amusing on it's own, although you will eventually find it annoying if you don't like the SNL skits to begin with. Having attended Catholic school from grades K-12, however, I found it nothing less than hillarious! Maybe it was just the familiar environment of the school she went to, but I thought it was all very cute and adorable, mostly because it was well written (for a SNL comedy skit-turned-movie), had a good cast with great character interaction and chemistry, and the characters were 2-dimensional enough to be funny, but not so much as to become too unreal. The film has a satisfactory number of unexpected moments of comedy, but I wouldn't buy it for that reason alone. I think it's more about Molly Shannon getting the audience to connect with and like her character so much that you really care what's going to happen to her. I recommend renting it first for 1 night, and then if you liked it as much as I did, add it to your collection immediately, so you can watch it whenever you're in the mood!
Rating: Summary: Funny Movie! Review: I thought that this was a very funny movie, but you have to be familiar with the sitcom within SNL. It was funny to the people who enjoyed watching Molly Shannon play as Mary Catherine Gallagher, but not as funny to people who didnt appreciate those skits. I personally thought that this movie was extremely funny, and I plan on purchasing the DVD on April 11th!
Rating: Summary: Ha ha ha Review: This movie was great , and funny it had me screaming S-U-P-E-R S-T-A-R during and after the movie . It`s so funny , you won`t even be able to watch the movie because you`ll be in the bathroom ,peeing from laghter.
Rating: Summary: Luv it Review: I'll admit, this movie is kinda bad. But it's one of those movies, that's really bad and stupid and just so ridiculous...that you love it (Like "A Night at the Roxbury"). I first saw this with my best friend at a sleepover when we were totally high on sugar, soda and ice-cream (the best time to watch this movie, by the way...), and it became an instant sleepover classic.I suggest this movie for the slightly insane (I'm nuts and I'm proud)
Rating: Summary: This movie was truly funny and uplifting Review: Like several other reviewers, I found this movie funny and entertaining. It was very light with lots of humor. This is a great movie to watch on a rainy day or when you are feeling down and out needing a picker upper. Many high school girls dream of one day being superstars and/or fantasizing about that first true romantic kiss. These are some of the things portrayed in the movie with lots of humor.
Rating: Summary: Cute, but Cheesy Review: This movie was cute, yet sickening at the same time. It reminds me of an "attempted" funny version of Never Been Kissed. The movie is about a geeky schoolgirl who has never "hollywood" kissed a boy. She decides that the only way to kiss a boy is to act like the actors/actresses in the movies. In the beginning, I thought the movie was hilarious. By the end of the movie, I was pretty disappointed. The type of humor in the movie does not change; there is a weak plot in the movie at best. I will say the kid with the birthmark actually caught me off guard though. This movie isn't a bad movie if you feel you must see it; however, there are a lot of better movies out there to rent or buy.
