Summary: Teddy Bears Cannibalistic Picnic
Review: I "enjoyed" this movie for its historical value, as an essential part of Amerikan history for over 100 years, and recommend it for that purpose. (You freaks who "enjoy" the Necrophila Room at the REAL "Zambesi Glen" are simply going to burn in whatever Hell your religion or philosophy has picked for you.) TBP begins with its warning "from its lawyers" that it simulates a real place (FYI Bohemian Grove). As a historical reinactment of a real infiltration by an undercover TV crew, it mocks reality, but does a little whistleblowing of its own, if accidentally. Its main purpose appears to be to downplay The Grove's Owl of Bohemia, a/k/a Molech, Baal, Lucifer, Satan, and to "forget" its ritual "simulated" human sacrifice. Alex Jones of Infowars.com radio was contracted by British government's Channel 4 TV (MI6) to infiltrate the Bohemian Club's annual Summer Fire Festival at its 2,500-acre Bohemian Grove presidential retreat and homosexual nudist colony near Monte Rio, California, north of gay San Francisco. Jones successfully infiltrated past US Secret Service, Sonoma County sheriff's deputies, CIA, DIA and Mossad (or with their help?) with his hidden video recorder, and documented the annual Cremation of Care ritual, performed to a 50-foot-tall concrete idol of Molech, complete with "mock" child sacrifice by immolation on the alter of the Owl of Bohemia (voice by Walter Cronkite). 3,000 world leaders, US presidents, queen of England and other elite perverts gather for this Satanic two-week orgy. Alex Jones eyewitnessed this event, where George W Bush's shadow puppeteers (gay Carl Rove, Tricky Dick Cheney, Bush Sr et al) officially picked Cheney as VP running mate in 2000. Grovers attempted to control Jones' damage with their own Hollywood mockumentary, Teddy Bear's Picnic, that confessed our leaders perform bizarre "urination rituals" in the nude with their nekked lodge buddies, and called Jones' character a "little prick" (rated R). I recommend Amazon sell Jones' line of video documentaries and books. Jones did not know of Cabiria's graphic portarayal of Molech worship (1914 Italian silent movie on DVD)until I told him, after he witnessed the real thing at The Grove. Evil Molech worship has been haunting Earth for 1,000s of years. Since Roe v Wade legalized child sacrifice in USA, 45-million Amerikans have been aborticided to Molech. "Christian" and/or Jewish members and guests of Bohemian Club Secret Society include GW Bush Jr, Sir George Bush Sr Knight of the British Empire, Ronald Reagan, Jimmy Carter, Gerald "Warren Commission" Ford, Tricky Dick Nixon (who said of The Grove on White House tapes at Nixon Presidential Library: "It's the most faggy goddam thing I've every seen. I can't shake hands with anybody from San Francisco"), General Dwight "Beware Military Industrial Complex" Eisenhower, etc. Did the writers, directors, actors, and producers of Cabiria attend Bohemian Grove, er, Zambesi Glen...?

Molech. Moloch, Hebrew Molokh, Molekh, an ancient Phoenecian and Ammononite god, to whom children were sacrificed by burning [alive]. Anything demanding terrible sacrifice.
-Webster's New World Dictionary, 3rd College Edition

"And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the fire to Molech, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the LORD. Again, thou shalt say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth any of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones. And I will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he hath given of his seed unto Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name. Then I will set my face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all that go a whoring after him, to commit whoredom with Molech, from among their people."
-Leviticus, Chapter 18-20, Christian Bible, (KJV)

Summary: With this much comic talent, it should be better than it is
Review: I went into this film with very high hopes seeing as how it is a who's who of today's best comedic talent: Michael McKean ("Best In Show"), Kenneth Mars ("Young Frankenstein"), Howard Hesseman ("WKRP in Cincinnati"), David Rasche ("Sledge Hammer"), John Michael Higgins ("A Mighty WInd"), Henry Gibson ("Laugh In"), Robert Mandan ("Soap"), George Wendt ("Cheers"), Bob Einstein ("Curb Your Enthusiasm"), Fred Willard ("Anchorman"), John O'Hurley ("Seinfeld"), & Larry Miller ("Waiting for Guffman"). In a movie about corporate fatcats and politicians escaping to a top secret getaway where they act like frat boys! All written and directed by Harry Shearer, one of the men behind "This Is Spinal Tap" and the voice of numerous "Simpsons" characters! How can you go wrong?

See this fillm and find out. With this much pedigree, it should've been wet-your-pants funny. It turned out mildly amusing. Unfortunately, all the blame rests on the usually reliable Shearer's shoulders - his humor is often very clever if not laugh out loud funny, but here it even fails to be especially clever. It's not even especially funny in a dry way. And his directions does nothing to elevate the material. The cast of pros elevates the material as much as they can, which isn't much. A disappointment. Catch it on cable, perhaps, or rent it for $1.00.

Summary: *DIS-INFO ALERT*
Review: maybe shearer thinks he is on the money , but after seeing all the evidence all I can call this is dis-information at its finest. Go watch Alex Jone's infiltration of Bohemian Grove first or read up on the grove from historians. Shearer is obviously ignorent although i do like how he tries to take swipes at Mr. Jones

Summary: Best movie ever
Review: this is the greatest movie ive ever seen. it reminds me of my childhood growing up in the 80s. i recommend everyone to see it and you will have the song stuck in ur head for days! "if you go out in the woods today, ur sure of a big surprise!"

Summary: YOU HAD TO BE THERE!
Review: When I was at the Bohemian Grove. Neil Armstrong was there, just a year after he stepped on the moon. He speech by the lake was called "The Food of The Future: Oil". Honestly! Even the fat cats around me were moaning on their way back to peeing on the redwoods.

Henry Kissinger was there, too. He began his speech talking PEACE, but morphed into a comparison between our bomber fleet versus Russia's, and ours was smaller. "Vee need more bombah's".....

I was more disappointed that Armstrong never mentioned the moon once. Kissinger was predictable - he'd already bombed Cambodia.... Kissinger can't go to several countries, now, or he will be arrested.

Years and years later, Harry Shearer attended the Grove as a guest.

Perhaps if you are not into the dry humor of the Best In Show/Waiting For Guffman/Spinal Tap/Mighty Wind genre, you would never be able to "get" this movie as well.

If Mr. Barret only shares his name with the Pink Floyd founder, his perceptions (and spelling/grammar) are equally as.....psychadelic! Well, everyone to their own....perception.

Anything that pokes ANYTHING at the Bohemian Club is alright with me.
