Summary: KEVIN SPACEY STRIKES AGAIN
Review: This is a HILARIOUS laugh out loud movie. If you can handle lots of bad language and crassness, knock out acting by the best around (Spacey) and an original hard hitting (and hilarious) script .. WATCH THIS MOVIE! Frank Whaley does a good job as the gopher assistant to Kevin Spacey's character but as usual ... Kevin Spacey far and away outshines everybody. He is an absolutely brilliant actor. I admire him wholeheartedly. He is so naturally talented .. it's scary! Any movie with him in it is a sublime treat. As I said ... he is a brilliant actor.

Summary: Weird movie, but good!
Review: I've never seen a movie like this before, but I was 'forced' to watch it. I thought it was one of the strangest movies I've ever seen, but it's good. Just don't mix drinks with this movie!

Summary: It's time for more people to discover this film!
Review: I hadn't really heard much about this movie, and decided to rent it on a whim. To my surprise, I absolutely loved it! In fact, I ended up watching it two times in a row. The dialogue is very clever, and Kevin Spacey is simply brilliant in his performance as the boss from hell. This movie deserves much more recognition than it has received, but I can see why Hollywood did not promote it very heavily... See the film and you too will understand.

Summary: Great, "in your face" movie with a twist!
Review: Hate your boss? WATCH THIS MOVIE!!!This movie may not be for all, but if you like the vulger, shocking, black comidies, you have found your movie. Kevin Spacey as the Ill-tempered, Buddy Ackerman, really shines through with his amazing diversity. He makes you laugh, he makes you mad, and he makes you wonder... "who is this guy, anyway"? Great, Great film. One of the best I have seen!

Summary: a devoted Spacey fan May 25,1999
Review: SHUT UP, LISTEN, AND RENT THIS MOVIE!!! And bask in the brilliance of Mr. Spacey. His performance will amaze and frighten you all at once. It's my opinion that no one can say the f word with more conviction and feeling then Kevin. He almost makes it sound sexy. After seeing this you'll never mistake Equal for Sweet n' Low again,or look at paper cuts the same way.

Summary: Come on gorgeous, watch this film!
Review: What can be more fascinating than watching Kevin Spacey's expression change moment by moment as the disc rolls on!

Summary: what a pleasant watch!
Review: I enjoyed the plot. I enjoyed watching Spacey & Whaley. I sat in front of the TV without a break for the duration of the film, with a sharky smile on my face. Worth the money you spend on any DVD and worth the time you spare for it!

Summary: Good movie
Review: Sarcasm and humor, set in the competitive business world. Spacey in one of his finest roles. Suitable for father and son watching.

Summary: Brilliant--brilliant--brilliant!!!
Review: This is probably one of the best black comedies ever made! In fact, it is beyond black; it hovers around black-hole! Kevin Spacey is at his peak as the sadistic Buddy Ackerman in this hilarious film!

Summary: Kevin Spacey shines in this tale of kidnapping & extortion
Review: Writer Director George Huang was slaving away on the desk of then Columbia VP Barry Josephson when he met Robert Rodriguez who inspired him to quit his job and make the leap into directing. Swimming With Sharks was the result. Kevin Spacey's performance is chilling, especially to those of us who have slaved for a Hollywood Executive. Frank Wbaley's performance is also solid as the abused assistant pushed over the edge by his boss. Even those outside the system will be hooked by this tale of kidnapping and revenge. While the ending may leave you wondering, the journey is definitely worth your time.
