Rating: Summary: Smashing! A Hilarious Film For Anyone Who Loves Comedy! Review: I Thought Strange Brew Was Hilarious. It Is Impossible To Name My Favorite Part, But A good Candidadte for my favorite part would be the "Parking Lot" scene at Toronto General Hospital. My Favorite Quote Is "Six-Fifty, Eh?, All I Got's two Fives!"
Rating: Summary: A great movie eh Review: It is my turn for the electric shock you hoser. It is a classic movie, you really should see it if you havn't eh. I love the part when Bob and Doug are sucking out of the beer bottles to breath underwater. That is so funny. And the part about, maybe if we crank his tail, maybe he will roar eh.
Rating: Summary: OH BABY! This movie has it all! Gimme' Beer eh? Review: Wow ... wow ... did I mention wow? This movie is the best! It has beer, beer, and even more beer! Definately a movie that all beer drinkers and non-beer drinkers alike would want to watch. If your pocket change allows, then buy this movie! It's a hosers dream come true!
Rating: Summary: The best movie ever made eh Review: Strange Brew is awesome. I have seen it a million times. It is the best. Even ask Clayton Cox and Chris Mower, my buds. They will tell you too. Definately a movie you need to see if you havn't yet.
Rating: Summary: A very funny movie, eh hosers? Review: Definately not a chick-flick, Strange Brew is a true guy's film. Pefect for a night of partying.
Rating: Summary: Movie kicks ass Review: this movie is amazing. It has much canadian, beer, and hockey humor associated with it. Take off, EH!
Rating: Summary: Great movie Review: This is a classic!! No this is not one of those win 50 awards movies or even one of those that most people like. It is a fun time with many great lines.
Rating: Summary: classic comedy Review: Bob and Doug take off on a great adventure in the Great White North, eh. Its a good show with classic moments that you are sure not to forget. Quotes like, "Who would want to hoark our clothes, eh?" and "Take off eh, you're not my father, you hoser!" will keep this movie stuck in your mind for years to come. Even though it was a spoof of a skit on SCTV, it classically evolved into this and is now being brought back by Molson in their commercials. No offense to the neighbors to the north, but this is just too funny! Its good to know that all Canadiens aren't like this, eh!
Rating: Summary: Perhaps the Greatest Movie Ever Devoted to Beer Review: Although the Canadian sense of humor is sometimes a bit strange (fleshy-headed mutants, extremely large bladders), this is truly one of the best comedies to ever come out of the Great White North. It is unfortunate that the Brothers MacKenzie only made one movie, though there is something to be said for quitting while you are ahead. Definitly highly recommended.
Rating: Summary: So good! Review: Great, great characters. I loved them on SCTV, but the two moments I remember most from the film happen when the McKenzie brothers are playing their own movie.
Rick Moranis lamenting the destruction of earth by saying, "Statue of Liberty" as he holds what is clearly a small replica of it, but is meant to be the destroyed statue. And offscreen you hear Dave's voice whispering the terrific direction, "Act!"
Four simple words. Genius.
